Great service
Great service, they called me to let me know the Bankstown office was unavailable and that if I wanted to pick up it would have to be from Parramatta, so I elected for delivery. Delivery happened within 2 days.

I ordered 7 days ago and my order has not been dispatched yet and I have not received any contact about the product being out of stock or any other reason for the delay.
Was contacted after leaving this review, with very plausible reason for delay, customer service person was very helpful and friendly, item should arrive tomorrow.

Problem resolved
So, there was a problem. I'm really not sure whether the problem lay with me or with Cartridge World, but either way, a couple of the blokes at Cartridge World went way out of their way to fix it. That kind of determination to make sure a customer is happy is worth a lot.

Bad communication
Was not contacted to say order was ready for collection. I had to call to check what was happening and was told it had been ready but they forgot to inform me.

3 weeks and nothing
I placed my order for a drum unit 3 weeks ago and still haven't received it. I got an invoice for it and the payment has gone through but nothing to say that it has been dispatched. I sent an email asking about it 7 days ago and it hasn't been replied to yet.
Edit: Please cancel my order, Invoice #45938 from Swan Hill. I have ordered what I need elsewhere and will apply for a charge back with my bank if not dealt with soon.

Great Personal Service
The Windsor store in NSW is fantastic. I placed my order online. The toner I ordered was not in stock, but on processing my order the store owner emailed me and gave me an ETA of 2 days. And true to his word the stock arrived, he then telephoned me to say it was ready to be collected. Plus they were cheaper than Officeworks.
