Carthage Transfer Anmeldelser

Pick-ups were prompt, the drivers courteous and the vehicles clean. Communication with Carthage Transfer was excellent and they always responded straight away through WhatsApp. All in all an easy way to book reasonably priced transfers in Tunisia.

Trasferimento puntuale e perfetto. L'autista Skander gentilissimo, preparato e parla perfettamente italiano. Ci ha spiegato tutte le tradizioni tunisine e descritto durante il tragitto da Kelibia a Tunisi ogni punto di interesse. Esperienza top.

We already used this company 6 times from Tunis Carthage to Kelibia and back and never had any issues, always on time, professional and polite drivers, clean cars, airconditioned, even water if asked for, absolute top!!

I had the best taxi ride with Carthage Transfer. It was the best taxi ride I’ve ever had in my life. I want to thank them so much. Thank you mr. Najib. They are such wonderful people! Thank you very much!

Every time I need a transfer, I turn to Carthage Transfer.
First, I like their GUI - easy to set pick up and drop off location, choose car (depending on number of persons and luggage), and you see the price right away - no hidden fees behind.
Second, I like they reached out to me to notify me there are roadworks that might cause delay, and we adjusted departure time to mitigate this risk.
Third, their drivers are always punctual (or even arrive sooner), help with luggage and they made sure we are comfortable.
Lastly, their cars are always clean and comfortable.
Can't recommend them enough.

Very good service! We had a wonderful trip with Omaima. She had everything ready to take us from the airport, was polite and very professional.
100% recommend!

Best experience! Omaima was a lovely driver, i felt safe, i liked her smooth drive and the music.

Our driver arrived 40 minutes late and then drove nearly 45 minutes in the wrong direction toward Sousse (instead of inland towards Testour) while frequently using her phone and changing the music. We only realised because we checked Google Maps ourselves. We were also incorrectly told that Tunisian law requires guides at archaeological sites. The experience felt unsafe and unprofessional, and we would not use this company again.

I am very satisfied about their service. The driver was perfectly on time, he was very friendly, helpful and drove carefully. The vehicle was very clean and comfortable. It was already the fifth time I had used this transport company and I will certainly be using their services again in the future!

Booked on line, excellent service waiting for me even though I was first off the plane and through customs fast, good driver thank you.

We recently used Carthage transfers for a pick up from Skanes to Enfidha airport. The booking process was easy, the price was reasonable and the transfer went smoothly. The driver was early but was happy to wait and he was very friendly on the journey.

Totally unreliable. Booked and paid online. The only way to communicate with them for updates or changes was via WhatsApp. I gave them regular updates on the expected time of my arrival. For hours they were unresponsive. Then they said I don't have to worry as they are tracking my flight. But when I arrived there was no one to pick me up (I gave them the exact time). They never responded to my messages and calls after landing. After 30 minutes of waiting I exchanged some money (24h open) and went out and took a Taxi in front of the Airport which was much cheaper by the way. My recommendation is to take a taxi from the Airport once you arrive. They are always there and much cheaper and reliable than the online services.

Easy online reservation.
Available on the phone and responsive.
Driver was 10 minutes late but called ahead to inform that he was stuck in traffic.
Quite, respectful and friendly driver. He even offered us water bottles.
Comfortable car.
Great experience. I recommend.

Great experience with Carthage Transfer. The driver was on time, friendly, and the vehicle was comfortable. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend for reliable transportation!
