I was amazed at the detail of their data. Everything was covered.
I followed up with an email question to Cartell and the customer service was phenomenal. They called me to explain and this is rare to get this level of service.

Buying a car is stressful enough and when I am using Cartell.ie I always happy with service. Only a few times happened that I head to contact customer service and always felt great dealing with them. Also the report is very easy to read which makes it fairly easy to understand. Great job!

I used cartell in the last two days to get a report on a car that I was intending on buying and I didn’t understand everything on the report. I proceeded to phone cartell and Geraldine went through everything on the report with me and gave me some extra advice also, which was very reassuring. I would highly recommend cartell.

I had a query about why the NCT check was highlighted and Geraldine rang me and explained in details what it meant which was really helpful and gave me additional information which I found very reassuring. I didnt expect to be able to speak to anyone about the report so that was an added bonus. Well worth the €18!

Want to alert potential secondhand car buyers that I paid 35euro to Cartell for a ‘3 star’ review on a 2015 car I was interested in purchasing and, given that the review did not highlight any issue with regards to the car, I contacted my insurance company to take out cover, but to my horror, was informed that the car was flashing on their system, as “beyond financial repair”.
I emailed Cartell to complain that this happened and their response was that, the insurance company involved did not share the write off information in a timely manner. in my opinion, this is highly unsatisfactory and, Cartell SHOULD state on their website that information may not be up to date. Totally unbelievable that their checks are not accurate.
I was very lucky that the insurance company I contacted for a quote had the information that the car was beyond financial repair.
