Quick communication & delivery
I'm really happy with the service I received. I ordered a polishing machine from Cartec but didn't see the description that said the item was out of stock, and ordered was essentially placing a pre-ordered (the description was collapsed on mobile). I emailed to ask how long the wait would be for stock, and received a reply almost instantly. The polisher was dispatched two days later and the delivery arrived next day.

Guaranteed next-day delivery arrived three days later
I placed my order at 12:30 on Thursday specifically because Cartec UK advertised guaranteed next-day delivery. I needed the polishing pads before a client’s vehicle arrived.
The order did not arrive on Friday or Saturday. It was finally delivered on Sunday, three days after ordering. In that time, I could quite literally have driven to the manufacturer and collected the products myself.
When a business promotes guaranteed next-day delivery, customers should be able to rely on it, particularly when ordering materials for scheduled professional work. This service was simply not good enough.

Everything was perfect, but the product was especially good, best aerosol 2k paint I've ever used, almost perfect spray pattern and coverage.
