Don't use this garage.
I bought my car in June,but they didn't deliver it until eight days later,
I got my V5 before the car.
I had it checked by my local garage
who found problems with the air conditioner,water pump, and the exhaust.
I got in touch with carseekers four times and I was not given any help.
Don't use this garage.

Hi Jane, thank you for taking the time to leave a review, however i feel it only appropriate to reply, we explain to all our customers that we have a turn around time of 10 days. When we know a car is sold and the customer wants the car, the logbook is transferred into their name, we have no control over how quick the DVLA send the logbook out to you. On the original day of delivery, the sales executive set off to you (an hours driver) got half way there and a light came on the dash. Rather than pretending she hadn't seen the light (like a lot of places would), she called you, was honest, told you the issue and brought the car back to our garage to be checked. This was rectified and then the car was delivered to you at a later date. all this done in 8 days. Having seen the texts, you were kept in constant contact.
With regards to contact, looking at the text messages between you and the sales exec, they have clearly expressed that you have a warranty (free of charge) and rather than getting you to bring the car back to us (1 hour away) explained that you can take the car to any VAT registered garage near you which you have. Having checked the records we have had 1 call from you which was you telling us the car had been looked at and the warranty company wouldn't cover as it was wear and tear items. We explained we would get in touch with the warranty company for them to re-look at it and for them get back in touch with you. we haven't heard anything since from them or yourself until the above.
We take pride in what we do and try to treat customers in the right way ( as all our other reviews on every other platform would agree with)

No other place out there like this! The guys who work here Nick and Nathan are absolute diamonds! So helpful and they literally do all the leg work for you, tell them what car you would like, if they don’t have anything in stock that you like they will source for you, takes out all the stress of going from car to car, ensuring that you’re not going to purchase a dodgy motor. Onsite mechanic to! I’ll not go anywhere else! I love my new car, thank you Nick you’re a top fella
