Would definitely recommend. I had a great customer service with good quality carpets, great prices and quick installation. I visited the store and picked out a carpet and within one week, my measurements were done and the carpets installed. The team was extremely flexible around my schedule. I would 100% recommend this service

I enquired using the website form, Taz gave me a call the same day on a Saturday evening. I explained I needed a 3 bedroom house carpeted as quickly as possible and on a tight budget. The next day on a sunday, Taz visited, measured and qouted the job, then arranged to come back the very next day.
The guys came around lunchtime as agreed, worked hard all day and done an excellent job. I'd highly recommend carpet zone, they went above and beyond to help me meet my budget and timescale.

Very reasonable price. Quick and efficient installation. I'm really happy with our new carpet ☺️

Taz was recommended to me by a family member. I needed 2 rooms carpeted at short notice. Taz was great from start to finish. Efficient, great at communicating and accomodating my time schedule. The whole process was stress free. The carpet looks and feels amazing underfoot. Very reasonable price. He even arranged for another carpet in the house to be cleaned for me at the same time. Would definitely use Taz and his team again.

Highly Recommended!
Tas and his team provided top notch service with quality carpet and fitting.
He made the time to come around to survey and provided a quote straight after.
We agreed on the price and date.
Once carpet is fitted on four bedrooms, landing and staircase it made a massive difference to the home this is down to quality carpets and fitment. Can't thank them enough and I'm sure there have been and will be many happy customers like me. All the best!

Very good customer service, great value for money. Would highly recommend!

Amazing service and great carpet/fitting.

Thank you!

Three young men Taz, Ash and Jaz fitted my carpet just now. I bought my carpet from Carpet Zone At Bury Park. My Carpet is very unusual colour. First I thought I am investing in this carpet I hope they will give me what I paid for. Also that the service will be good. I was truely concerned and a bit stressed out if I made a good decision to go to CarpetZone Luton. I had bad experiences with other services. And just can't have another episode. I first went to their shop to get a feel of what they were like. I spoke to Taz and he sound sincere. Then i had three other meetings at my home. To measure , to confirm the colour and finally the fitting. Which was today. I am very happy and contented how professional they were; they displayed strong interpersonal skills. They were humble and calm. I have more jobs. And they will be the people to do them. And truely Taz along with the other boys are sincere. God richly bless them. Job was done professionally. Excellent service. Now I am enjoying my carpet. Thanks. Taz. From Moonadz
