Carpets arrived very late
I had an absolute nightmare with this company. After ordering my carpet, I phoned to confirm the delivery date then booked a fitter 2 days after this. However, my carpet was 3 days a late and I ended up having to pay a fitter when there was no carpet to fit. Phoned them multiple times, was always told that they would phone back but they never did. Even got an email saying that it had arrived when it happened.
I gave 2 stars as the guy on the phone was nice if not very helpful.

Your order was delivered 2 days after your requested dates to Cornwall which in some cases does take minorly longer to fulfil. We do also advise not to book fitting before delivery is confirmed by our team. We are sorry for any inconvenience nonetheless and hope you enjoy your lovely new flooring.

Only negative was delivery was not on time stated and if I hadn’t rang to check and ask I wouldn’t have known when I would have received my order, believed to have been a transport issue

We are so sorry for any inconvenience caused with the delivery, the Friday and Monday bank holidays cut our weeks short for deliveries, we're glad everything arrived OK nonetheless and we'd be happy to assist if you need anything else.
Excellent prices and service
Easy to order online. Easy to speak to a person. Rang the delivery driver to get an ETA for me. My underlay was missed off by accident but they arranged for delivery first thing (literally 6am!) Next day as I had the fitter coming that morning. Very pleased wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use again.

Great customer service on the phone
Great customer service on the phone. Amazing proce compared to places in bristol. Only downside is as they didn't come out to measure we didnt realise we wouldn't get the carpet up the stairs - it had to go up scaffold and in via a velux!

Highly recommended
Highly recommended - Akram and his colleague Jason provided exceptional customer service and very keen prices when I recently purchased 2 carpets. They provided me with regular updates and even chased up the delivery driver on the day of delivery to provide me an accurate time of arrival.

Would recommend carpets and more
First time using Carpets and More, small hitch with delivery but got sorted immediately and delivery made first thing next morning. Good communication from the team and great prices on carpet and underlay, what's not to like. Will use Carpets and More again. Thanks guys

Initially poor communication, but this improved
At the beginning they were awful with communication and I had to chase them. After a complaint this greatly improved and we even added an extra carpet to the order. Hopefully they have heard the complaint and have now improved.

How retail should be done.
Carpets were exact match to what we wanted, and more than half the price SCS quoted for same carpet.
Delivered quickly, and on time, and kept in touch every step of the way.
