I wanted to upgrade my kitchen floor, but I had only a vague idea of what I wanted and the colour I wanted.
The day my sister and I walked in to Carpet One, we were met by a very down-to-earth and pleasant lady by the name of Cheryl.
Her main concern was that I purchased exactly what I wanted, not just to make a store sale. She was patience personified. Any time I called or emailed, she got back to me immediately.
We roughed out the type of flooring and colouration fairly quickly, and narrowed my selection down to three different kinds of flooring.
Since I was having my kitchen cupboards re-finished, we had to wait several days until I could get a sample of the cupboard finish.
Cheryl did not pester me once during the waiting process. She knew I was anxious to get the choice made. When we finally made my selection, it turned out to be a fourth option entirely, thanks to her flexibility and desire to help me get the flooring I would most enjoy.
Even though the flooring had to be ordered in, Cheryl kept in touch about any scheduling changes.
The installation was completed neatly, accurately and swiftly.
I would not hesitate to refer this company to relatives or friends that wish to replace flooring or install new flooring. Accurate helpful and friendly approachable staff. Quick and neat installation. And the choice of flooring products and colours was remarkable.

Had the installation rescheduled 4 times and still counting. Was told that we were a priority and yet they still cannot complete our project. Complete unacceptable and unprofessional. Will be taking our business somewhere else in the future.

This is the 3rd time Homeworks has laid carpet in our home. Again the product & service has been excellent.

Will return for future projects. Customer service was excellent. Employee knowledge exceptional. Pricing higher than other quote but was confident in carpetone.

We first purchased Carpet from Biviano carpets over 20 years ago. The carpet lasted over 20 years with children and pets. We had purchased some carpet previously from another local vendor and we were so dissatisfied. As in the past, the customer service was excellent and we are so happy with our product. Kuddos to Dave and his staff.

Lori was very helpful and did and excellent job! Justin was slow in responding in certain areas put did answer phone messages promptly.

We though Colby was great to work with. He helped make decisions on changes of plans and came and made sure everything was done the way it should be. We have recommended the to several people we know!! Very trusting and professional!!

We have worked with them on previous carpeting & flooring and we're always pleased with the service before,during,& after the sale.
We have returned to Carpet One& RECOMMENDED THEM TO FAMILY& FRIENDS!
This experience was however different.
We felt that our issues during & after installation were very disappointing & unsupportive.
We will never do business with them again or recommend them.

Found exactly the hard flooring I wanted amongst the wide selection. Delivery and installation dates were prompt and the installer recognized a couple of pitfalls before he began - Carpet One accomodated the necessary measures to overcome these at no additional cost. I highly recommend Carpet One

I was disappointed that risers had not been anticipated and added to the price of the floor!!

The sales staff was very knowledgeable and asked about our home conditions to guide us to the right carpet options. The installation crew was excellent and did a fine job. I even contacted the store and asked about which type of vacuum would work best with our plush carpet, as the one we owned had too much suction. We feel as though they are there for any questions after the purchase and installation.

After a good experience with the installation of a locking, laminate flooring in our kitchen, Maloney One did another one-derful job in an adjoining laundry room. The seamless connection looks great.

Hamstra's has had most of our business for nearly 42 years now. They are very friendly, most helpful.
. As long as we continue to re-decorate, we'll return time and again to Hamstra's

We ordered sea grass natural fibers carpet for our bedroom, with quarter round molding around the edges, and tiles for the floors of the two bathrooms. Carpet One was supposed to call when their installers were ready. After several weeks of silence my wife called to find out how much longer we would need to wait and was scolded by a very harsh man who denied that we had been told to wait for their call. After working our way through his attitude we scheduled an installation date. The installers arrived without the molding, denying that they were to install it. Another call to the man with the attitude produced another denial that the molding was part of the job. Only our copy of the receipt, showing clearly that we had already paid for the molding, finally persuaded him to schedule the installation. Six weeks later. The carpet, which was glued to the concrete floor (as is standard practice for sea grass) is now bubbling up in several areas!
As for the tiles, their warehouse gave our contractors the wrong tiles, forcing a second trip. The return went smoothly, so something did go well, finally

We have had bathroom linoleum, kitchen linoleum, and one room carpeting installed by Carpet One and were always satisfied. Most recently we had carpeting installed throughout our entire home. Guests constantly remark how nice the carpet looks. We walk around and it feels
like we're in a luxury hotel. The installers were so accomodating and professional and were a pleasure to deal with as well. We wouldn't go anywhere else for our flooring needs.

We used them because they promised delivery by a certain date since we were having company for the summer.we selected a sale carpet because it would be available.
We called prior to delivery date to confirm.everything ok.
AT Last Minute......carpet not available!!!!!!
They substituted cheaper quality!! We had no choice!!!!
Never again!!!!!

As the saying goes-life is what happens while you are making plans. I planned on installing laminate flooring in my living room. I picked out the product, Bob C. the salesman came over to measure in a timely fashion and I received the call saying my product was in and ready to be installed. When the installers got here and pulled up the existing carpet, we discovered that the cement slab was VERY uneven. The installer, Bill S. immediately contacted the tech Gary to come and have a look. I was told the floor was in too bad of a shape to install the laminate and if I did go ahead with the installation the product would not be covered under the warranty. Now What? I have no flooring in my living room and laminate, wood or vynal would not be suitable. My only alternative was to have a contractor come in and redo the slab or install carpet again. I was not prepared for the expense of having a new slab poured so I went with the carpeting. Gary, Bob and Bill worked very hard to insure that I would be satisfied customer. Since we were dealing with an unforeseen situation, Carpet One took back the laminate and gave me a credit -no restocking fee either. And if I went to the store and selected an item in stock, Bill would come back THE NEXT DAY to install it. It was wonderful to be treated like a valued customer. I met with Bob, picked out a product, Gary made a trip to the warehouse to get the product and Bill came back as promised to install-on their day off! When everything goes right a company will get a great review from a customer. Although everything did not go right with my initial plan, I am giving them 5 stars because Carpet One people did everything in their power to make me happy. The new carpet looks great and I am so happy that I will be contacting them when I am ready to upgrade the bedroom carpets. Great job guys! You really know how to treat a customer.
