If you’re looking for quality, look no further. We went for a thick pile with a decent underlay, and honestly, it feels like walking on clouds From the initial quote to the final fitting, the communication was brilliant.

I love the quality of the carpet and…
I love the quality of the carpet and the price was excellent, but...
It took a week to receive the carpet samples. I made it a point to contact the company to ensure that I order the correct dimension. I was reassured that they always add a bit extra. They did. 2cm.
All this was still OK, but when they delivered 3m x 5m carpet on a hard cardboard roll over 5m long, I thought someone forgot to use their brain. How did they think that we will fit it into our flat on the 3rd floor? Next time, please think of your customers a bit more.
Update after the response: What about using a 3m roll? The delivery man did not know what to do and left our carpet on the rain as it could not fit through the entrance and left. We had to open the plastic wrap, unroll the carpet and then roll it ourselves throwing away your 5m cardboard roll, so the carpet was just 3m wide so we could get it to our flat. There were no creases although, yes it would have been beneficial if you have done it in the first place. I am surprised that I am a first customer complaining about this.

Hi Martina,
We are very pleased to hear that you are happy with your new carpet and at such a great price. All carpet comes on a cardboard tube to prevent creasing which would ruin your brand new flooring. As your carpet was 5m width it had to be packaged on a 5m tube as a smaller tube would’ve caused permanent creases. Unfortunately, there is no way to flat pack carpet or box it up to reduce the size, this is the only method to pack and transport carpet. And nobody wants one piece of carpet cut up into lots of smaller pieces- this would create multiple joints in one room- it would look messy and unprofessional. We kindly ask you to update your review based on the practicality of the packaging and transport of carpet. Update: thanks for your reply Martina; the machine for carpet works with 4&5m only as this is the width of carpet so this would not be practical. We will take your feedback to the Operations team and see if we can work around this to help customers in the future. Thanks. Adam @CCUK

Good for cheap new carpets
Really good online selection but had to order few samples which were not as they looked online, so just as well I did, I went with a cheap carpet with thick underlay separately. Took a while to get delivered and when it did, came slightly shorter than required, but messaged them and they offered a partial refund for the inconvenience which I was happy with I have still not fitted the carpet but hopefully will be great once in.
