I may have been naive but hadn’t realised the dress would be second hand. The dress is fine but the smell was so powerful I had to air it outside. It’s a shame because I sent a polite email and had no... Se mere

Good seller/site
Good seller/site, helpful especially as it includes measurements. I wish they would offer alternate forms of shipping outside the UK. Sometimes, shipping can be over half the cost of the item purchased. Which could leave more to spend on their gorgeous items!

Good afternoon John. Thank you for your kind review and for.your feedback on our postage costs outside of the UK. This is certainly something we will look into to see if we can reduce costs somehow. Have a great weekend.
Great value for money
Great value for money but the stitching on the front hem of black dress was pulled. Will have to do a bit of stitching myself. Should have been spotted on packing!

Good evening Heather. I am sorry to hear that you received a dress from us with some pulled stitching. I have checked our emails and I can find no communication from you regarding this. it is a shame you did not notify us of the damage as we could have come to some agreement over it. Please, next time you order from us, if there is anything you are not happy with, just drop us a quick email and we will be glad to help. If we don't know there is a problem then we can not fix it. Thank you.

Fantastic service as always
Fantastic service as always! My order arrived within 2 days, well packaged and the quality of the clothes is umatched. Essentially almost goos as new for a fraction of the price. What's most impresses me is the integrity of the company- I had a store credit/voucher code from a past late return (dress size i ordered hadnt fit me), it was over 9 months ago and when I used the code on my recent order, it was honoured. I've been a client for years and they are the real deal for Phase Eight dresses!

Good afternoon Victoria. We are very surprised by your feedback as you have not contacted us since placing your order to notify us of your complaint. If you had done so then we would have been more than happy to discuss this matter and offer you a suitable resolution. As you have decided to simply leave us a review rather than speak to us directly, there is nothing we can do to help you with this matter. We would also like to point out that we have a number of charity shops (which do great work to raise money) in our local town and none of them smell.
Always excellent.
The beautiful 'Phase Eight' dresses are always well described and photographed. Quick, pleasant and helpful response to queries. An excellent service.
