My weight loss journey
Im very excited to try this because I love meat and eggs . It sounds very promising I am a little doubtful but I'm willing to try and do my very best at it. Im so tired of being over weight. And it really hard trying to run ever since my ankle injury. And my knee surgery. I have a farm so I keep busy but I love candy, and pastries. I cook dinner every night but I guess I'm not eating the right things. Really hoping this works for me.
