I ordered two pairs of shoes from Carmen Bella. One was around $53.00, the other was $44.00, I believe. When they arrived, neither pair fit, although they were supposed to be my size. Both pairs came separately from two different locations in the US. However to get a refund, I would have had to pay shipping to two different companies in China! The return shipping would've been as much as the shoes cost. But they said that I could get different sized shoes shipped to me at no additional cost and I wouldn't have to return the shoes that didn't fit. Only problem with that was they didn't have my shoes in the next size up. So I asked if they could replace them with the same shoe style but a different color. Then I was told they didn't have any color in the size I wanted. So basically I paid for the shoes but don't have anything to show for my money. In addition, I discovered the very same shoe that I paid $53 for, on Temu for under $12. The Temu ad and Carmen Bella ad even had the exact same photos. I texted them about that and didn't receive a reply.
Oh, one more thing. The day after I ordered, even before I received my order, they sent me an email about a going out of business sale they were having.

This is not a legitimate business!! They don’t exist pictures are fake and I am still trying to get a refund on item not received and shop is no help!

Boots list no material. $88 for poly vinyl is a bit high. They don’t fit. A return request starts 10 emails wherein I must pay the cost and customs form to return to China when it shipped from California!!!
We eventually decide on me accepting a 2nd pair of yellow suede Carla boots. I must pay the shipping from California ($22)

Replacement is marked same 40 size but COMPLETELY larger and brighter yellow.

The product was very poor quality, and was poorly made. This company is a scam, and I have noticed the same sweater under different company names. They are different angles to sell their junk.

Really no star is deserved for the top I received. It looked nothing like the picture or quality of fabric. the cut and fit was nothing like the picture either and my small head could barely fit through the neck.

Really the worst piece of clothing I’ve ever purchased or seen.

This has to be a scam website. The worst quality. I bought a statement coat for my daughter-in-law and the plaid pattern did not come close to matching up on the back of the coat and the material was substandard. Try getting a refund? Good luck. Buyers beware.

I ordered five blouses, three of which had the tags cut out and two had no tags at all, not even care instructions. The workmanship on the items was extremely shoddy and the fabric sleazy, not at all as represented on the web site. Were these items stolen? Were substandard substitutions made? I do not know but I cannot use them and no refund was approved.

I ordered a pair of boots and a jacket in November and still have not received anything. This company is definitely a scam. They sent me an email and I showed my order number and said they would have someone in the internal team get back with me and that was on December 8 and it’s now December 20 and have not heard a word. Do not trust this company I will be contacting my credit card company to try to get reimbursement.

I ordered shoes in October 2025, no delivery. I was told to contact the shipper. They gave excuses about undeliverable address. I emailed both with all my information again. Mid-November, no one willing to refund my money. I feel this is a scam and did not hear from them again. They did charge my credit card. Very disappointing.

This company may be a scam. the quality of clothing and shoes is very poor ! Materials are all plastic and not as shown on website. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE whatsoever.

The story of the company was b.s., the product was late, the quality of the piece of clothing was very poor, and there was no ticket, receipt or label on the blouse. Customer service was so sweet but when asked for a return revealed that the postage would be to China for 50 Euros! Total Scam. Embarrassed that I didn't realize it - found the company on Pinterest - beware -

The items sent were completely different from what I ordered. Upon contacting the company for a refund and providing photos of the items provided, I was sent several emails that went in circles and a refusal to provide the appropriate refund.

False advertising. Ordered a knit Fair Isle sweater hoodie. Item received was a cheap polyester knock off with fake print. It wasn't even a sweater. You can find an actual sweater hoodie that looks like the one advertised on Amazon for $15.66. Do a google lens search.

the 'sweater I ordered was not even woven but was an image printed on fabric for an exorbitant price. What a scam! Avoid this store!!!!

This is a complete scam! I paid for cheap clothes and the what should have been beautiful shirt was screen printed! Avoid!!

They sent the wrong shoe size. When I contacted them about an exchange, they said I would be responsible for the cost of shipping it to China! Nowhere on their website does it say returns are shipped to China. Like the other person who left a review, they offered me increased discounts to order again from them. I will never order from them again. The quality of the shoe wasn't good either.

They sent me a blouse that's different than what I ordered. I sent them pics showing what I ordered vs what I received and asked them to send the correct blouse and to send a shipping label if they wanted the incorrect one returned. They first responded they'd resolve it then nothing. Contacted them again and they said I should ship the incorrect blouse back to China at my expense. Lots more exmails exchanged. They consistently ignored the request to send the correct blouse--guess they don't have it. They just kept telling me to return the incorrect blouse to China at my expense and kept offering me increasing discounts for a future order. Ridiculous! I ended up having to dispute it with my credit card company.
