Carlitos group replaced our shower along with new plumbing and tiling which was arranged by our insurance company following a broken shower panel. Tracey in the Carlitos office we found very efficient and helpful who organized
various workman which I found very professional and friendly especially Gavin, whose advice was really appreciated. We are extremely with the finish which was
delivered on time and would have no hesitation in using Carlitos again.

Carlito's completed work to our kitchen and bathroom floors and replaced a shower unit as part of an Insurance claim.
Carlos and his team were excellent throughout the process keeping us updated on a daily basis about what was being done and why. When problems were found Carlos was excellent at making sure they were resolved directly with the Claims company and he provided us with options to overcome the problem.
Each of the trades people that worked on the repairs were friendly, helpful and turned up when expected. The work was completed to a very high standard and they always tidied up at the end of the day.
Tracey in the office was fantastic at arranging everything and making sure deliveries arrived when required and that everyone knew what their job was.
I would have no hesitation in using Carlito's for any future work in my property.

Had 2 kitchens fitted by carlitosgroup.co.uk last year. What can I say about them, well from start to finish the service was awesome. I would rate them10 out 10. If fact they were that good I have them fitting 4 more kitchens for me this year.

We were assigned Carlitos by our insurance company following an escape of water. After a positive first visit to acope the works we were assured by the professional and communicative approach of Carlos and his team. Our project required various different tradespeople who were carefully coordinate by the office and we were given a clear schedule of work. We cannot praise each trade person highly enough- consistently professional, friendly and efficient! After months of stress and waiting for the repair work, we were so pleased with the finished result which was delivered on time. We would definitely used Carlitos for any future projects.

I would like to say a huge THANK YOU to Carlos and Richard for replacing my broken car charger so efficiently. They took a pride in their work, which is a rare thing these days. Thank you also to Tracy for keeping me informed.

Carlitos were appointed by our insurance company, when we have to have a soil pipe replaced.
Carlitos kept us informed and up to date with how the claim was processing, and what and when things would be happening.
We had a carpenter and painter, and both where really polite clean and tidy.

Where do I start! From the very first survey visit to the final day, the team at Carlitos have been nothing short of magnificent. I was introduced to them by Wren Kitchens, as Carlitos were assigned to install my new kitchen. I decided to commission additional works to completely gut and refurbish the entire space, and I’m so glad I did. This is a family-run business that truly takes pride in every detail, always going the extra mile to ensure their customers are happy.

I cannot thank Joe, Tracey and Sadie enough for their time, patience, and for answering my endless questions throughout the full kitchen refit. Tracey, in particular, handled all the logistical planning—coordinating multiple tradesmen to arrive on specific days. It felt like a circus at times, yet somehow, like clockwork, every contractor arrived on time and carried out their work seamlessly. From stripping back the walls and chasing pipework, to replastering, repiping, plumbing, fitting units, tiling, painting and flooring—everything was meticulously organised. Tracey is a true asset to the team.

Every contractor they employed was exceptional. A special thank you also to Jay, who returned several times to address small snags along the way. The aftercare has been just as impressive as the installation itself.

I cannot recommend Carlitos highly enough. In a world where people are so often let down by the building trade, it’s a breath of fresh air to have a local, reliable, and genuinely caring company to rely on. They’re definitely saved in my phone book—on speed dial!

The service provided was great. This was a kitchen renovation and three week project.

I was kept up to date constantly throughout the fitting process and the schedule was shortened for me from the original timeframe.

All contractors supplied were polite, pleasant and carried out work to the highest standard.

The office staff were very helpful and kept in touch to make sure I was happy with the service throughout the project.

I would recommend this company and will definitely use them again for any future projects for my house

Brilliant service, excellent communication and support throughout installation of our Wren kitchen. Each tradesman, professional and courteous, with a high end finish from fit, tiling, plastering, electrics and plumbing.

Carlitos fitted a kitchen for me and im really impressed with the service, Clean and tidy workmanship, good communication with the team and i would be happy to use them again in the future.

Very happy with the fitting of our Wren wardrobes. The fitter with Carlito's group was brilliant and seemed very knowledgeable.The admin side was also really good and made contact before and after. Very friendly and professional. Thank you I am very happy. Would use again and highly recommend to anyone else.

This review relates to the fitting of a new kitchen sourced via Wrens. Communication was easy, with both Wren and Carlitos quick to respond. It was helpful to be able to speak to the same person (Tracey) on the majority of occasions. So much better than having to repeat previous conversations with others. Almost daily updates were provided. The schedule was adhered to with the exception of some snags which, I accept, are discovered in the process of removal of old equipment and adjustments to new features. These were resolved without any undue concerns resulting in minor adjustments to the time line. Those involved in fitting turned up on time; always a good sign!

In 2018 Carlitos did a superb kitchen installation for us. We have recently had to make a warranty claim from Wren. Tracey from Carlitos did an excellent job coordinating the supply of the replacement part and arranging for Billy to come and install the part.
Once again our experience of Carlitos was excellent with good communication, efficient friendly service, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Would highly recommend Carlitos, communication was great with daily check ups when the work was being done. Any problems were sorted promptly and I was kept well informed.

I would highly recommend Carlitos. We requested their services for a 3rd time due to previous works being carried out to such a good standard. This time it was to paint the entire house internally. Our painter was Boris, he was punctual, polite and very tidy, always clearing up at the end of the day. He had to work around a lot of furniture that we could not move out of some of the rooms but nothing was a problem for him. Very pleased with the result. The ladies in the office rang daily to ensure we were happy with the progression of work. We will definitely be using them again.

We have been assigned to Carlitos by Wrens Kitchen. We had a misunderstanding initially as no one showed up on the installation date. After going in circles with Wren, fault was from Wren. Having said that Tracey from Carlitos has been very helpful to ensure that our installation was coordinated on the new date. Followed up daily to
ensure everything was good. The installer, Antonios was good and completed our install in just 3 days. We really love our kitchen and would recommend Carlitos.

To potential future customers,

This was some of our experience with Carlito’s Groups. The below issue could have been resolved in a friendly way saving stress and money by using their experience assessing the damage.
Time line:
30/11/24- Installer finished the fitting of units
01/12/24- electrician connected hob (this means the first completion sheet had to be signed without the hob actually being operational)
23/12/24- remedial works on end panel (hob was moved again)
16/01/25- we reported to Wren that we discovered the crack (additional info: we requested them to contact Carlito’s as they assigned the project to them)
It was two weeks roughly between the last disturbance of the appliance and the discovery of the crack. It easily can be an installation error as the hob expands when hot and can crack.

Stress damage - this is caused by the appliance being installed incorrectly. Where this has occurred, the instructions for the correct measurements have not been adhered to and the expansion when hot, has been restricted. This causes the appliance to crack across the glass. This can happen on the first time of use, or subsequent use. The consumer will need to contact their installer.

Thank you for your email.
As you have reported to Wren on the 16th what have they advised? There seems to be a large delay between you contacting Wren and then us if you initially believed us to be responsible?
Our position remains the same, as we have the photos that show the hob was not damaged on installation. It is disappointing that you are threatening with social media because you have not received the answer you would like from us, but we will not be forced to accept liability for something we are not responsible for. We will defend our position on social media with the evidence we have if required.
I believe your hob is an induction hob, which due to their design means they do not expand. The heat is generated directly within the cookware placed on the hob, meaning the hob itself stays relatively cool to the touch and does not experience significant temperature changes that would cause expansion, only the pan heats up significantly.
Carlito’s will always support our customers where we can however we cannot and will not be held responsible for damages not caused by us, that could easily have been caused accidently by the customer.

Would highly recommend Carlito’s, both the communication of progress with the job from Tracey and October and the quality of the work were excellent.

The Carlitos Group have just finished installing our wonderful kitchen during January 2025.
All of the team that visited us worked hard to ensure that everything went according to the plan. They worked cleanly and efficiently and we were kept up to date as they progressed and the ladies in the office telephoned us daily to ensure that we were happy with everything.
I would definitely use this company again and be happy to recommend them.
