Over a week since ordered .no dispatch email no order.I queried the delivery before I ordered.they gave me confidence 4-5 days.sent 2 emails no response.

These are so lush! Can't believe how good they smell and it's nice and strong too will deffo last longer than the last ones I got

Dispatched really quickly and great smells

I’m sure these car air fresheners are lovely if they actually get sent out for delivery. I’ve been waiting well over a week for my order to just be dispatched and still waiting! I emailed on the 4th working day to check what was going on to then be sent some generic email about having to wait up to 4 working days, eventually I got an email saying they will be dispatching my order that day and did refund my delivery cost. That was now 5 days ago and still no dispatch email. Who the hell knows what’s going on with my order and if it’s even being dispatched at this point. This was for a birthday present which is now going to be missed. If you’re ordering for any occasion make sure to order a few months in advance.

Customer service is shocking!!! Enrolled me into an unknown subscription sending me for and charging me nearly 5 pound postage! Asked for it to be cancelled as was told no, they sent the item 5 days later and then told me I can return it at my own cost! They are TERRIBLE! Got my new car 2 months ago and the oil came leaking out the bottom of the tightly secured bottle and stained my brand new car seats! Absolutely dreadful and no help at all from customer service! Car is now damaged, left with more useless product, out of pocket and my car doesn’t even smell any different!!!!!

AVOID at all cost!! ruined my car complained last year and it's still happening to people but of course everyone's using them wrong they take no responsibility whatsoever absolutely ridiculous they're still getting away with this, people need to be taking this to a lawyer it's the only way were going to stop them selling these and ruining people's cars

First time ordering from Carfume and got my order within 4 days and I'm just soo happy with my pink bottle of Olympea for my car it's smells just like the real perfume my car smells so good

Was recommended Carfume and I was not disappointed, I have ordered 3 different fragrances and all 3 smell amazing and just like the originals. I am sure they will be greatly appreciated at xmas, I just need to order myself one 😂

This car air freshener was amazing! i brought 2 for my first purchase because i love the sent snow fairy from lush and i knew it would be great in my car, and it did not disappoint!!
i definitely will be ordering again and exploring different fragrances in the future!

Lasted a week before it fell apart and ruined my day nav and dash board. Don’t waste your money a poorly designed product. Zero support from the manufacturer. Over priced hype!
