So I signed up three months ago and it started out with great service. I had to pay for six months in advance but I’ve only received my first three months. When I called their support line, I was told that they are no longer the same company. I got no answers as far as my refill and was told there’s nothing they can do as far as getting a possible partial refund. Do not do business with these people. They are scam artists!!!!
Still testing as we speak. Only been 2 weeks, too early to call.

Works well but communication could improve. Sermorelin seems to be working and I've noticed better energy and recovery so far. Ordering was simple and the doctor consult was quick. Only downside was a bit of back and fourth getting updates on my order. Not a deal breaker but could improve.

Overall pretty easy process with carelynest. The steps are well organized, injections were easier than I expected. There were a couple of small hiccups with timing/updates,but nothing serious. I'm starting to lean out abit after a few weeks.
