We just wanted to say thank you for getting the lift installed at my parents’ house, I had felt despair when having other companies visit and quote, using the old school sales tactics of ‘ ill discount if you pay deposit today’ or ‘pulling magic discount vouchers out if I buy the product in a week’. We received none of those stupid pressure tactics from Care lift Services Ltd, all communication and visits from your team have been excellent. Your install teams were brilliant, and we are extremely happy with your product which was also much more competitive in pricing than the other brands. Very relieved we chose you, Thanks again.

Completed a service and repair in a timely manner - i originally called Acorn Stairlifts who never came to the appointment that was scheduled. Would recommend quick response and completed works no problem.

From my initial contact with Carelift services I have been extremely pleased. I had not been a customer previously yet everything was done to make it easy for me. The engineer Chris who came was pleasant competent and efficient. While still being able to have a conversation with me. It’s very refreshing to find a new (to me) firm that I can feel reassured with.

I needed a disability hoist urgently following the rapid decline of my father's health. I received a sympathetic and helpful response from Lesley and was able to collect the hoist on the same day saving us a world of pain. The flexibility of the hire was just what we needed. After returning it the deposit was repaid into my account promptly. Faced with the same situation I would be very happy to use them again.

Easy to book a service met Paul for the first time pleasant friendly chap clean and tidy worker good to know at least two engineers live reasonably close by

From the outset with my first phonecall, through Liam’s very informative survey visit to today’s installation by the excellent Jamie, I cannot fault CareLift. No hard sell, in fact a reconditioned stairlift at a very reasonable price was recommended. Installation was efficient and clean, everything was explained thoroughly.

Excellent service from Carelift services Ltd on New Year’s Day my stairlift ( purchased and installed by Carelift) broke down I was overjoyed that an engineer could come out as my stairlift was blocking the stairs - Jamie came out and did a fantastic job and got me on the go very soon

Carelift Services were friendly, helpful & offered money for my fathers chair lift which was bought new, less than 2 years old and barely used for the last year.
The company that installed it, offered nothing for it, but were willing to take it away! James from Carelift, dismantled the chair lift, arrived on time as agreed and was quick, efficient & polite. I would recommend Carelift.

Great service, communication and price! We moved into a house with a stair lift already fitted. We needed it removed asap as new carpets being fitted. We contacted the team on Saturday and Liam was with us Monday morning. All done super quickly and efficiently! Brilliant service, thanks again!

I had a lift fitted last week. The service was excellent. I had a great first meeting with Liam and then it was fitted at my convenience by James and Paul. They were efficient, tidy and courteous. A great job. I can highly recommend Carelift.
