Caredemy is definitely what you are looking for.
Caredemy is a brilliant and resourceful site that I have enjoyed learning from as a beginner in Health and Social Care sector.The website is easy to follow, provides links to documents that help in one’s learning, keeps track of how much I have covered, the quiz at the end of topic assessing if you have understood and features that allow you to go back to a topic or unit and you can redo quizzes at the end! It is very affordable and to top it off the Certificate is pristine! I definitely recommend it.

Easy and straightforward course.
I recently completed a course with Caredemy and had a really positive experience. The course was easy to access and straightforward to work through. Everything was explained clearly and the website was simple to use. I also liked being able to complete the course at my own pace without feeling rushed.

I did the Whistleblowing Training…
I did the Whistleblowing Training online through my Employer Asclepius OHS, and found it very user friendly. The Whistleblowing course could be downloaded whilst doing the quiz at the end, which supported the learning. Highly recommended.

Excellent delivery of Information
This course is accessible immediately upon payment. It is excellent value for money, concise and informative. Information well laid out with an audio option. A small test/quiz at the end ensures that all points have been taken on board. The best part is the option to take a break for an hour or days should other commitments call. The course can be resumed at your leisure. Digital certificate available immediately upon passing/completion of the course. Highly recommended.

Good content but unprofessional
The course content is informative but having done 21 courses on this website as a healthcare professional which all had grammatical errors, multiple spelling mistakes or inconsistencies between the content and the quiz answers it does not appear very professional and this detracts from its credibility.

Immediately after receiving your review, we requested further information so that we could identify your account, understand the specific courses concerned and investigate the examples you mentioned. Five days later, we have still not received a response or any information that would allow us to verify or investigate these claims.
Quality is extremely important to us. Caredemy is audited and our courses and processes are reviewed by the CPD Standards Office. Our courses go through a structured quality assurance process, including spelling and grammar checks, proofreading and beta testing before being released to learners.
We also have a dedicated support team for both learners and managers. Despite the review stating that 21 courses were completed, we cannot identify any previous contact with our support team raising these concerns or giving us an opportunity to investigate them at the time.
Caredemy receives overwhelmingly positive feedback from learners and customers, with an average rating of approximately 4.9 out of 5. We take criticism seriously, but equally, when significant claims are made publicly, we believe it is reasonable to ask for examples so that they can be properly investigated.
If there are genuine spelling, grammatical or quiz inconsistencies within any of our courses, we want to know about them and will review and correct them where appropriate.
We would therefore still welcome a response to our request for further information. Until we receive this, unfortunately we are unable to verify the experience described or investigate the claims made in this review.
Variety of subjects and ease of use
I am now retired but always worked in education so I appreciate the ease of use and relevance of Caredemy courses. You’re never too old to learn something new and I have broadened my knowledge and awareness in several fields. This has helped me in new ventures in the voluntary sector. I can work at my own pace, test myself when I feel ready and there is no pressure.

We were surprised to read your comments, as we have been unable to locate a learner with your name on our system, and we also have no record of you contacting our support team regarding any of the issues mentioned.
All Caredemy courses go through a review process, including spelling and grammar checks, and our course content and assessments are tested before publication. We therefore take any reports of errors or inconsistencies between course content and assessment questions very seriously.
As you will see from our other learner feedback, your experience appears to be unusual, and we have not received similar feedback regarding widespread spelling, grammar or assessment issues within our courses.
It is possible that you may have completed training with another provider with a similar name. However, if the course was definitely completed through Caredemy, we would genuinely like the opportunity to investigate this.
