This online course was a very positive experience for me. I appreciated the flexibility it offered, allowing me to learn at my own pace and comfort of my home. T he materials were clear and well organized and i found the quizzes insightful because it really helped reinforce what i learned. One of the biggest advantages was being able to revisit lessons whenever i needed to, which helped me understand topics more deeply. Moreso, the course improved confidence and skills, and it made me more disciplined and self-motivated in managing my time and learning independently.

Disappointing!
I paid for a death verification course but was deeply disappointed. Just general information without applied theory. A useless course if you want to learn something. And although they boast of certificates that can be sent to your address, you also pay for that printed certificate even though you paid for a course for it.

I've had a great experience with…
I've had a great experience with Caredemy. There is a vast selection of courses to choose from, it was quick and easy to sign up to the course I selected, and once I'd completed the course, my certificate was immediately available to print out or download. There is also an extra option, for a small charge, to have a certificate posted out. One thing I would have liked in the course I did was a couple of video demonstrations as sometimes it's easier to see things done than read instructions and imagine it.

We will continue sending more clients your way because, like I said before the content remains great. Theory from Caredemy and practicals with OliveV Health produce a quality carer. practicals. Once again Thank you. The course and content are great. Recently as a company, we have experienced numerous problems. The incorrect course loaded. One learner could see another learner's marks. One learner's access has been denied because the course has expired. What she paid has not expired in monetary value. Your agents refused to issue one certificate for The Care Certificate. But a different agent assisted us previously. It is the same course. Recruiters do not want 17 certificates. Your customer service has dropped significantly

* The course loaded was indeed the one purchased. We offer two variations of the Care Certificate: one with an overall certificate and another with individual certificates for each module. If the learner needs the version with the overall certificate, we are more than happy to switch to the alternate course. Please contact our support team, and they will assist you with the exchange.
* Regarding the learner's access and the expiry issue: Our courses come with a standard 365-day expiry, which is usually ample time to complete. However, we understand that sometimes more time is needed, and we are willing to extend this for you. Please reach out to our support team, and they will take care of it.
* Our Learner Management System is designed to give managers like yourself the ability to monitor all learner quiz attempts and see all the learners marks, this system is complimentary.
