The plumber, Rob Murdoch, arrived on time. He carried out the work very professionally, and left the bathroom in a clean state.

I am a 75 year old lady I have a son who had a serious accident when fell off a cliff leaving him with a eft side hemiparesis, loss of vision due to brain swelling and destroying his sight in his right eye, He ia also epileptic due to pariital and temporary brain lobes,
We have downstairs facilities due to my sons disabilities.
ON 4th April the flush mechanism failed
At first care club we're loth to come out because it was a Saturday. Eventually they came out and turned the water to the toilet off. They arranged o come out to repair the next week. After this I had a series of bookings made by them without checking if I was available. I work part time
two days one week and alternate Wednesday
Eventually after two deferred visits a plumber arrived as always on a Friday so my son to be present while he tried to fix it. When I got home from work it was ro finds the whole toilet system stripped down. He claimed that there was a crack in the tank. Oddly the first plumber missed this !!!!
Unfortunately the second plumber left one one the pipes that should gave drained into the tank open. When you turn the rap on the sink water pours out the open ended pipe onto the floor
Yet again a visit was arranged for today as the equipment he needed was in stock, Guess what they canceled the visit and stated they are coming tomorrow. Again I told them I was working .
This whole incident has been a nightmare for my self and my son.
When I joined a few years ago they assured me that if e=required they would take my son's handicaps into account
They have broken the contract between and I have been advised to discuss with the trading Standards.
I am still without a working downstairs toilet and my son is having to urinate in the shower which is damaging to his self esteem
I would definitely advise if you are elderly or infirm DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

A simple replacement of a bathroom. First didn't show up - so it was re-aaranged. Second guy didn't show up - it it was to be re-arranged. Their sub-contarctor wasn't returning calls - so no date fixed. I got bolshie and suddenly a guy appeared that evening. Did a great job in 15 minutes - but far too long to wait for Care Plan action

Plumber arrived on time, seemed a little vague as to what he needed to do. Ordered parts and now we wait.

Sam and Ryan were engineers today. They were here for my annual service and went above and beyond. They are very efficient and tidy, kept me informed every step of the way as I had a pressure problem with the boiler. They put me in the right direction and the problem is now being solved with the manufacturer. They were able to let me know my warranty is valid for another few years. They were excellent and I wish every person I dealt with had half the professionalism and work ethic that those two gents had today. Thank you so much. I will be staying with Rightio, and highly recommend the company.

The plumber came with a supervisor and they were both very respectful and professional. I was very happy with the level of service provided.

Scott came and did the job no problem. Very pleasant guy.

The engineer was very helpful explaining clearly what the problem was with our toilet. He was quick and efficient and soon solved the problem

Plumbing Engineer Rob came on time, was very friendly and approachable. He assessed the problem very professionally and sorted the problem out without delay. We couldn’t fault the service we received from Rightio and would recommend them.

Mike the engineer was professional and was explaining to me everything along the way to help me understand the issue.
Communication with the company is great, always calling and checking after the finished job if I was happy with it.
Taking out a plan with them is a good way to cover yourself in case of an emergency.

From start to finish everyone was very professional the engineer was on time very respectful to myself and properly very informative on the work being carried out I myself worked in gas industry for 45 years and honestly these people are a credit to it

The whole process was easy. I requested a visit online. The office called me back to arrange. The engineer came exactly when he said he would, and gave me warning of his arrival. Ryan, the engineer was polite and friendly, and quickly and cleanly resolved the issue with no charge. I had no complaints

From reporting the problem to Care Club to completion of job, was easy and seamless.
Plummer Ergin attended property and quickly identified fault and carried out repair.
Replaced toilet Flush Valve.
He was both friendly and professional.
