Sorry to hear you aren't happy. Your order was posted the day after you placed it, you asked for 2nd class postage (faster options were available) and I'm afraid Royal Mail don't compensate unless it's more than 2 weeks late which yours wasn't though I agree that 6 days isn't the 3 days Royal Mail aim for but unfortunately that's out of my control. If the items are damaged please send me a photo and I will refund you. Of course you always have 14 days to return your items for a full refund should you wish. Beautiful items & quick delivery
After receiving a beautiful Pigeon foldable letter from my friend, I ordered a pack for myself.
They arrived super quickly (thanks Janet!) and are the perfect thing to send to a loved one to brighten their day!

Sketching Sailboats in Italy
I ordered this beautiful paper Sketchbook Boats to wrap a gift to a friend who has a schooner in Puglia southern Italy. He will be overjoyed with the paper as much as the gift!. Two days to come from Isle of Lewis to Dorset, excellent! I had a lovely email from Janet as I too love sketching boats. I would certainly buy from Janet again.
