When you donate your car, truck, boat, motorcycle, RV, or almost any other vehicle, the proceeds go directly toward funding the life-saving programs these organizations provide. Donation instructions were clear
Donation instructions were clear. Appointment was made in timely manner. Intake office staff was very helpful. Otay Auction picked up the car in the scheduled time given. We were allowed enough time to get to where the car is to be towed. The whole experience was pleasant. We will donate again to this foundation when the time comes for our next vehicle to be donated.

Process could be improved
Process is not all that clear, even after speaking with someone twice. Initial customer service support had lots of questions about the car. I thought this was very strange and a lot different when compared to previous experiences with other (local w/local office) charities.
