The tool is as expected. The outer packaging was secure but roughly assembled - crumpling the plastic packaging of the tool itself. Delivery time was alright but could have been better. Overall, I... Se mere

I needed a needle gun, and looked at the reviews of the one that Draper produce. They were all very good, so I did an online check and Cardiff Tools had the best price, with no annoying additional c... Se mere

Item as described and delivered on time - what more do I need? One minor comment is that I did not get notification of dispatch and when I checked on the website my order was still shown as processin... Se mere

I was trying to find a specific tool…
I was trying to find a specific tool made.by Sealy and I was having little luck with other tool suppliers. I phoned up Cardiff tools to ask if they had the tool in stock.
No switchboard, straight through to a really helpful member of staff who double checked with Sealy to ensure they could provide the item.
Price was good, comparative with other suppliers. I also gave them a quick phone a day or two after ordering and they were able to confirm the item was indeed on the way. So after nearly two weeks trying with other suppliers Cardiff tools got me what I needed on time with great service. Definitely would use again.

My pocket knife of choice was in stock for immediate delivery, for several pounds less than those traders who actually had stock. Well done Cardiff Tools

Hard work to deal with!
The parcel was not delivered and returned by the royal mail due to an address issue (my fault) but nobody bothered to tell me! Trying to organise another delivery was a nightmare, it took 24 hours via email even though I asked to do it over the phone because it was very urgent!

Besvarelse fra Cardiff Tools
I am not sure how to respond to this, the customer sent this to an address (not theirs) and completely left the first line of the address off which resulted in non delivery.
They emailed late in the day on Monday, we answered emails through the evening whilst we were closed to work toward a resolution, by Tuesday afternoon the item had been resent and by Wednesday morning the item had been delivered to the buyer. No fault of our own, no understandble reason the customer would admit fault then leave us a bad review, unfortunately this is inevitible in online retail I only hope future customers can rationalise this and see it for what it is whilst continuing to purchase from us. Thanks for reading this reply.
Quick despatch and delivery
Quick despatch and delivery! Needed a replacement 10mm (of course) and was able to get it cheaply AND with free shipping -- which is refreshing when so many other stores charge an absurd about for postage.
