Our rental car was hit while parked in Italy. After returning the car and paying the damage deductible, I easily filed my claim online in a few minutes and received reimbursement in less than a week. I was able to use my phone to file while sitting in the Capital One lounge during my layover. Although you never want to have to use it, this more than paid for the annual fee. I’ve been recommending the Capital One Venture X card to everyone

We unfortunately had an accident in Peru...but the damages were covered in full...that was pretty amazing to us. The process took two months, somewhat caused by delays from the Peruvian Car Rental company (a division of SIXT) to supply the relevant documents. If I could suggest two things...(a) to be able to delete uploaded documents (sometimes new/better information becomes available that makes obsolete the original uploaded document); and (b) to be able to speak directly with the people making decisions about reimbursement. The people who answer the phones are good enough...but discussion with the people deciding to reimburse (or not) would be best.

Helpful people on the phone. Prompt payment. I highly recommend them.

We have the rental car collision damage as a credit card benefit. This is the second time in about five years that we've relied on it, with favorable outcomes (both claims paid in full) processed quickly and relatively easily. There was one annoyance in that, on both occassions, we uploaded the documents to the portal upon opening the claim, only to be subsequently told we needed to submit all the same documentation we already provided. But upon uploading them again, the claims were then promptly processed. In one case, the rental car was for damages outside the US, so though there are some countries excluded, it's good to know the benefit follows us, allowing to save on rental car charges by declining rental agencies' offerred waivers.

This was the first time I have filled a claim using travel insurance. It was a huge lifesaver! Our flights were cancelled and we were still able to get back home as planned. The process wasn’t overly cumbersome and the people were helpful. I’m thankful we had the insurance available!

This was my first experience using Card Benefit Services. We had a minor accident with a rental car while overseas--first time ever, and we were worried about how things would unfold. We were thrilled when we were told that our credit card (Card Benefit Services) would cover 100% of the cost. Then I read reviews that said it was a terrible process, and that people didn't receive their money. I was worried. But we had a wonderful experience. The process was straight-forward, and we had 100% reimbursement within a few weeks of submitting the claim. We were thrilled with the outcome of this traumatizing event.

My first time ever using this card benefit. I had great communications with REAL people all the way through the process. My claim was handled professionally in a timely manner. What more can you ask for?

Although lots of detailed documentation was required, the communication was excellent, there weren't any unnecessary roadblocks, and I was pleased with the outcome!

After getting nowhere with the Capital One dispute process in regards to SIXT car rental company, I talked to Shalanda at card benefits she was extremely helpful and understanding and personifies the definition of excellence Customer Service.

I had a Visa insurance claim for a windshield that spontaneously cracked. I expected it to be a nightmare to deal with, but I found everyone actually helpful! I especially appreciated the phone call from the person identifying himself as the one handling the case. It all went smoothly and was paid in full with minimal effort from me. Uploading the documents was a little confusing at first, but it was easy to add to them and work with the online claim.

From Zero to claim fulfillment within 100 days. A total loss on a rental car, paid off, I have zero complaints.

This interaction went surprisingly easily. My rental car overseas sustained a small windshield chip from a pebble on a highway. I thought I was covered and was very happy to find that I was. Easy communication with human being who listened to and then understood my situation and was able to provide understandable and accurate information. Online form wasn't excessively cumbersome and I received full reimbursement in less than two weeks.

This was my first time dealing with card benefit services, they are very helpful, professional and surprisingly very quick, they finalized my case extremely fast, I definitely recommend them to anyone who doesn’t have this service. Excellent customer service.

For a variety of reasons we were not aware of the incident report in March 2023 from the rental car agency until a couple months ago, more than two years later. Therefore we are really grateful for your card benefits and that you honored our request once we got all the required documentation.
