Purchased some chinese 151 from them - havent recieved them its been over a month - they marked as delivered by using another tracking number - very suss, i would avoid them, if i dont get anything by the end of the month i will be making a chargeback.

The 151 Surprise products had unfortunately faced significant and unexpected delays due to issues with our supplier, which we kept all customers updated on via multiple email updates and Discord announcements.
To clarify, free gifts were sent out as a thank you for your patience while you waited for your order using your original tracking number. A new tracking number was then sent once your order had been dispatched. We communicated this via email and Discord updates, however, we absolutely appreciate how this may have caused confusion.

CCUK; a great seller
CCUK is easily, very easily one of the best online retailers for trading cards in the game right now. You can be sure that any product is competitively priced and that it'll be shipped quick sharpish. It's a shame that some reviews can't understand the difference between and a seller and courier!
I have used CCUK a great number of times, and will continue to use them in the future wherever possible. Thanks again!

Avoid them if you don’t want the stress of having to deal with their incompetence
Made an order on June 27th and June 29th, received notification on the 30th orders had been prepared for delivery. After some time noticed the orders had not moved. They claim they hadn’t been picked up and they’d rearrange for collection on July 7th. On July 7th still no update. As of today they’ve had to cancel both my orders because apparently the shipping company has lost them…. Tracking shows they were never picked up. Wouldn’t order from them again, absolutely useless and seemed to make it up as they go along. AVOID!!

Hi, thanks for your feedback. We have experienced some issues with our delivery partners. During a busy period, Evri had independent contractors collect large volumes of stock, which resulted in the contractors driving directly to the depot.
We believe some of the product was left in the van or lost, as it was not scanned. The 'Awaiting Packing' happens once we print it at our warehouse, then after that, it should have been scanned in, but unfortunately, you were one of many orders that had this issue.
We're sorry the couriers let both of us down, this isn't a reflection of our business and we're taking steps to leave the specific courier and move to a more credile and reliable one so we don't have this issue in the future.
As a business we try to improve and get better, your feedback means a lot to us, please feel free to reach out to us if you would like to discuss ways we can show you what we are doing to improve and hopefully, on your next order we can provide a better service.

Good prices, quick and safe delivery. Job done!
My main objective was to find cards at a decent price, so that was a big tick! So many people are charging far too much - it’s nice to see there’s still places I can find good deals.
