Taste good!

Have a regular subscription from Caravan coffee - always been fabulous in the past. This months order was ground far too fine for espresso which made it impossible to brew. Contacted sales who sent out another batch to replace - sadly it was exactly the same. Contacted them on Monday, still waiting to hear - hope this can be resolved. I would still say that Caravan decaf is the best on the market by far.

I cannot drink normal coffee due to specific health reasons at present and was missing my regular coffee fix and then came upon Caravan decaf a lovely accent of plums and dark chocolate am now an avid drinker and thank you guys for such a wonderful coffee

Consistently the best and most adventurous coffee roaster in London. Exceptional service from Hayley and Libby on a repeat order after their courier let them down (not their fault and never had it happen before or since). Lovely people, better coffee.

I've been using caravan coffee since the beginning when they only had one shop in next month market. And I will be going to either South Bank or Covent garden to spend Eve after someone got me for my birthday, the consistency in the service stayed excellent and the food call quality as well.

Very mixed experience.
First, the coffee and atmosphere are wonderful and I have given 5stars to their local shops in the past.

But the way they go about closing shops without any warning shows a total lack of care for their clients. I have been buying coffee (drink + beans for home) at the Savoy shop daily for five years. I went on the Tuesday, business as usual. I came back on the Thursday and the shop was closed. No sign, no explanation, to the point that I came back several times to check if it was definitive and only found the information on Google. The fact I had just reached the stamp for a free coffee is a funny if mildly frustrating anecdote, but what I find truly outrageous is that no notice or warning was shared with their customers in the days/weeks before and after. Caravan is missed on the Strand as other shops aren't as good but I will not give business to any Caravan anymore considering I have been treated in such a disposable manner.

The daily blend is a great coffee and worth every penny. Always arrives on time. Thanks.

Recently signed up for the subscription service. Absolute game changer I don’t ever have to worry about running out anymore and the coffee that’s sent out has been roasted within the last few days nice and fresh. Tastes even better than buying from the supermarkets etc.

I love caravan coffee and have purchased it for a long time. I always buy two big bags of espresso ground daily which lasts for a few months. When my order turned up in April it was whole bean. I was told I couldn’t exchange it (I wish I’d have queried further) but could go into store and they would grind it for me. So I did, at much inconvenience - they weigh a kilo each and I don’t live anywhere near a store and had my two children with me. The store were super helpful. But I returned home to find that because of the way it’s been ground there’s barely any taste to the coffee. But hey ho. However, then the next month two more bags of whole bean arrived!!! I was told I’d inadvertently clicked whole bean and subscription- I really find it hard to believe I made two mistakes! I was told I could just not accept the dpd parcel and it would be refunded and returned. But DPD ignored the note it needed to be signed for and left the coffee so I then had to return the whole bean, again at my inconvenience. I explained I clearly didn’t want whole bean as I don’t have a grinder and don’t want a subscription. So that I thought was the end of it. And then, today, I have received another notification a further two bags of whole bean are arriving. I’m not someone who complains frivolously but come on! So I’ve explained (which I wouldn’t have done were it not for today’s further debacle) that I want two new bags of ground coffee that I can actually taste - which I should have been allowed to swap for in the first place - I’ve been told I’ve been lucky that they have cancelled the subscription and will be doing nothing further. An absolute shambles and example of how not to delight customers. What a shame, I thought I was a life long customer!
