I was impressed by Carat's customer service both for expediting delivery (to help me receive the item - a gift - before a big occasion) but also to process the return swiftly and fuss-free when unfortunately the item wasn't quite the receipient wanted (which was no fault of Carat's). Thanks again!

Contacted customer service as item I wanted for Christmas was out of stock. Quick response to advice they had managed to source the item for me and dispatched the next working day. Excellent customer service from the aftercare team. The jewellery is stunning, i was bought the Carissa necklace for my wedding, unfortunately one of the pendants on the back came off. It’s a delicate piece so it can happen. I contacted the aftercare team and within a few weeks my repaired necklace was returned. Will definitely purchase again! Thank you Carat London team!

Purchased an engagement ring. Easy to use website allowing you to pick individual diamond and setting.
I understood that there would be a lengthy wait time and after around six weeks I asked if it would arrive before a certain date as an ideal proposal opportunity arose. Sure enough and almost by fate it would be dispatched in a week.
I also asked to change ring size immediately after ordering and this was done.
Great customer service and a lovely ring that had no blemishes.
I’ve not asked yet but I’ve got a lovely ring if she says no!

I ordered some earrings 10 days before my wedding then realised the delivery period was between 5-10 working days. I emailed asking if there was anyway they could be shipped earlier and I received a very fast reply, letting me know they would be arriving by DHL recorder delivery the very next fay!

The earrings are absolutely gorgeous and i can’t wait to wear them walking down the aisle!

The necklace I ordered is absolutely GORGEOUS and their customer service has been fantastic. I ordered it for a friend’s birthday and I was afraid it won’t get to me in enough time, with my friend going on a long holiday abroad shortly after her birthday. i emailed the team asking if there’s any chance the necklace could get to me by the end of the week and they made sure it did!! I’m so grateful and I’m sure my friend will love it. Thank you Leanne!

She made up for my bad planning by ensuring I received my girlfriends birthday present within 48 hours of my order, I now have the earrings in hand meaning I can take them on our weekend away to gift. I ordered an item with an expected delivery time of 5-15 working days. After 10 working days I decided to email as I needed it in time for my partners graduation. I received a response to say that the item was no longer in stock and I would have to wait 8-9 weeks before it would be dispatched. It was really disappointing that I was never notified of this until I had to go out of my way to contact them and now my partner doesn’t have her graduation present.

Leanne from the customer service team was very helpful though and arranged a refund that arrived in my bank quickly.

Fantastic customer service from leanne. I’m so grateful for your help ensuring speedy shipment of the Madison earrings ( which i love!! ) in time for a special occasion. I will definitely be purchasing again really good quality.

I purchased a tennis bracelet, which I absolutely loved until it just disappeared off my hand one day. There wasn't a problem with a clasp before and I kept the side lock tight .. but it was gone.

I have seen some previous comments with the same issue, shame... the design needs to be reviewed.. it is an expensive loss and I didn't have the bracelet for that long. Very upsetting

Wow! Beautiful earrings and they came the next day. I’d been worried that they wouldn’t arrive in time for my daughter to wear to The Palace where she is getting a New Years honour. I emailed Carat and Leanne was so helpful and very kind. The earrings are so beautiful. I cannot recommend this company enough. Fantastic jewellery and amazing customer service.

I needed to make sure if i ordered a ring for my sister in laws birthday that it would be delivered on time so i contacted customer services and i have to say i've never been more impressed! A lovely lady called Leanne told me they had one in stock and if i ordered and gave her my order number she would make sure it was delivered asap. I gave her the order number and the ring was despatched the next day! Absolutely excellent service! Will definitely buy again.

Worn about 6 times and stones dropping out. Kept for special Occasions and they're quite heavy so cannt wear them all of the time.
very disappointing for the price

I ordered a set of lab diamond hoops and ear huggers and I am so impressed with the quality. They were gifts for my sisters 40th birthday and from order to delivery it took 2 days for them to arrive with me. I spoke with a very helpful member of the carat team at their wimbledon store. I am almost certain that her name was Julia. She did everything she could to help me with the quick turnaround time I needed.

The packaging of the jewellery is luxury and really presented the jewellery nicely as a gift.
It felt good to have gifted an item that would be a talking point for its sustainability and eye catching sparkle!

Delivery was a bit slow but as soon as I contacted Leanne it was on its way. Very responsive and helpful customer services. A word of advice to anyone buying online as I did, make sure you are certain of the size you need. I used various techniques recommended online to find my ring size but unfortunately got it wrong but I will wear it on my middle finger rather than exchange.
