No refunds, customer service does not respond when they say they will. Impossible to get your $$ back. Waiting to recieve correct size replacement.I still have not recieved half of my order and its been weeks Bras not true to size. So I'll have to go through all of this again! Order from Amazon much safer and prompt.

Bra is not as advertised. Band rolls, straps are weird and cups very wide at top of underarm. Trying to return but seems like a waste of time as someone from their company has to contact you. You also must upload pics of everything. Shame on me for not reading reviews before ordering. Don't waste your money

Their bras are all hype and no substance. Material and shaping give no support and the bras will not stay in place, plus, the band rolls in the front. Extremely uncomfortable. I ordered a medium (for 34C) and received an XL (maybe China size?). It's too big though the cups fit fairly well. NOT worth the money at all. I'm a seamstress, so I will reconstruct to make these fit properly.

Do not buy, a total waste of money. There is no lift and big gaps on the sides. I am big busted, not obese. I ordered 36 DDD and was sent a 4 XL.

Bra is not built for bigger women. There is no SUPPORT and You keep falling our the sides. It is not built for women who ade short waisted. ( Rib cage close to waist). Was really disappointed and now I will have to come up with a way to keep this thing on and comfortable.

I wish I had read the reviews from real people and not the ones paid to do reviews. This bra is so big around it feels like it's sliding when I walk. The straps are way to lose and the cups are to big. Zero support for bigger girls. I won't bother trying to return for exchange I am just going to fix it myself. I am pretty handy with a needle and thread

Caralush has all the signs of an illegitimate company and I really wish I had checked reviews before purchasing from them! I did receive a bra, but the quality is very poor and completely unsupportive. Trying to return it for a refund is a joke as they initially contacted me and then silence for days until the money back time frame has passed. I guess I’ll be donating this to my local homeless shelter, but I’m not even sure they would want it! Do not buy from this company!

These Caralush bras are not for bigger busted cup women. They sent me a bigger around size, not a bigger cup size after the first size failed. They would not give me my money back! Very disappointing!!

Update: this company has refused to give me my money. They sent me another bra but once again it doesn't fit!! They will not refund me any money!!

Bad customer service, bad product and horrific shipping experience. Will never do business with them again.

Bra not as described. While the material may be comfortable it offers no support. It feels like I’m not even wearing a bra, and I might as well not be. I am extremely disappointed and have found no way to return the items I purchased, leading me to believe that the site is not legit. There is no customer service number and the Contact Us link goes nowhere. Don’t waste your money. I bought two and am not out $55.

Do not order from this fraudulent company.
First they have their address in Ga....but they ship from China ..took weeks to receive my order that was the wrong size.
Now they want me to pay to send their mistake back.
Ordered a bra that was nothing like the bra they advertise....it is a very cheap thin bra that I can not wear due to the sizing...the cup size is half of what it should be for coverage. This bra offers absolutely zero support like they claim.
This company is nothing but a fraud....take my warning a RUN!!!!!
Got ahold of the company and they said they would issue a full refund...I'll update if they do
I did get my refund....this whole process took over a month... definitely not worth it.
