If you're not in a rush for parts and know exactly what's needed, then I highly recommend car parts.ie.
Shipping took a few weeks (from Germany) but I realised that from past reviews, I am very happy with OEM parts received as I saved well over €100.
I will definitely shop here again for future parts.

They should provide delivery information, in my case no tracking number waiting for parts for more than 3 weeks and not a great effort from car-parts.ie team so explain themselves same bs each email sorry for inconvience on repeat like a broken record. Would not advise to a friend maybe if i did not like them and wanted to waste their time i would tell them to shop with car-parts.ie they're a joke! Avoid at all costs.

Incorrect part sent for my BMW f30 even though it claims the part is suitable for my car on their website, now they wont except returns and offer only a 3% voucher by way of compensation. I found their customer service a complete waste of time and energy, please beware and best avoid.

I placed order on Sunday March 20th. (free delivery). Tracking worked until the parcel reached Dublin on March 25th. No update on tracking for 5 days.
I emailed the company last Thursday and they replied on Friday that it would be delivered in 2 to 3 days. An Post delivered today. It was stuck in the An Post system for a week.
It is clear on the company's website that they are based in Germany.

I've ordered a few times now from car-parts.ie and generally all has been good, with an issue with one order quickly resolved. The one downside is the high shipping costs to Ireland, which seems to be one of the highest for all the EU countries they ship to. Even the UK, now outside the EU and the paperwork that brings, is 1/3 of the cost of shipping to Ireland. This makes Car-Part uneconomical for ordes totalling less than €130.

Ordered BMW F10 engine mounts. I've the ones with vacuum control. They sent me regular ones with no any notice. When I wrote an email why my parts are wrong? They replied that those were out of stock, so they sent the regular ones. experts of them okeyed that regular ones will fit my car, and technical characteristics are the same. Flik me! Maybe next tome I'll swap my air suspension with the regural one, because why not, it fits, right? Joke, nothing else.

Please remember that car-parts.ie is a Polish company not in Ireland and that carparts.ie is an Irish company based in Newbridge.

I ordered from this shop because I needed the part in 5 days, now I got the tracking number and it is being shipped from Germany. No chance of getting that in time. Very deceiving website.

Very slow delivery. Took 9 days for the part I ordered to arrive. I would not recommend this company.

Terrible experience, ordered and paid for on the first of the month, 25 days later, no update except a reference to it being completed, avoid this company at all costs,, or be sure your bank will reverse payment in case of failure.

After 2 months the issue was resolved by autodoc.co.uk when they to
ok over the issue from car-parts.ie and they have saved the order amount into my deposit account. I hope that car-parts.ie will learn from this experience how to deal with customers in the future. Big thank you to AutoDoc.co.uk for stepping up to the responsibility.

I recently bought a car part from this online company and after providing their search engine with my car data, they offered car parts from the European Continent, which has a different configuration. I wasn't made aware of this and of course the part does not fit my right-hand steering car. I informed car-parts.ie that the part was faulty and a return procedure was started, but the stopped and I was informed that the warranty section had denied my claim of a refund. I am disgusted with the way they treat customers and deny their right for a refund. That is not a fair business acumen and I am looking now into various options to claim my rights as a customer. I urge you NOT to buy any products from car-parts.ie as they take your money send you wrong parts and then reject any form of complaint. This borders on fraudulent intent...

I ordered via Ebay a reconditioned alternator for my Volvo V70 from "thestartermotoralternatorco.ltd" To make sure I ordered the right part I contacted the company. Not only they assured me it was the right part but they also mentioned about the comprehensive work done to recondition alternator. I was impressed by what I received, the competitive price and how efficiently the order was processed

When it came to refund after cancelling two orders within hours of order as seemed to be the wrong part the process went smoothly although, having read the reviews of the parent Autodoc.de on various European websites I expected problems, I had none. That said I gave them no chance to prevaricate as I know how things should go. Suggest you make sure you follow the steps they recommend on the website but be aware that auto-doc.ie does not work and use the car-parts.ie email address if you require a refund if you ordered from Ireland as I did.

Very slow processing time.
No contact number and generic 24 response from webpage / email.
Placed order on 05/03/21 from items in stock. Contacted numerous times to query delivery and was told the items had despatched although the GLS website stated that they were booked in 09/03/21 but not handed over.
Order dispatched 16/03/21.
Processing time 8 working days for stock items is nothing to be proud of.

I read all the bad reviews, however this website was at least twice cheaper then any others in Ireland. I ordered 250EUR worth of parts. It took them more then a week to arrive since they are shipped from Germany, and I got everything and well packed! It is no wonder they dont deal with returns since car parts are heavy thus expensive to ship to Germany. Any ways, I saved more then 250 EUR buying from this site.

Very very Bad company may be Fraudulent untill they received Money they were replying emails quickly once they received money more then a month gone keep emails them no response not supplying the items neither refund my money now taking action through bank for refund not worth it avoid them

IF THERE IS A MISTAKE OR IT GET LOST YOUR MONEY IS GONE I SENT 10 EMAILS AND IN THE END THE EMAILS BOUNCED BACK SEEMS LIKE THEY BLOCKED ME !!!! AVOID THEM NOT Worth THE FEW EURO YOU SAVE !!!NOT WORTH THE WAIT AND ZERO COMMUNICATION
