It was a given a a gift and it was a homerun
It was a gift for my partner and loves it. It's a great product and she loves capybaras. I recommend this to anyone who has a soft spot for cute cuddly capybaras.

Still waiting - seven weeks and counting..
I ordered slippers in November for a Christmas gift….It’s January 12th and still nothing. I was told once “you should see them in a few days” and a second time “let us investigate”.
I’m not sure this is a legitimate organization or not - but if it is, they have some work to do.

Too long wait to receive but quick to charge
Update 17/12- finally arrived after nearly 15 days. As it’s a gift and it will not be opened until Christmas Day I’ll come back for a final review.
Still waiting for my delivery after 10 days of waiting. Not good enough at all! You were very quickly on charging me but no great at sending it!

Our standard delivery time is 10-14 business days which doesn’t include the 2-5 days order processing time, due to christmas the logistic facilities are a bit slow and we apologise for this inconvenience. Have a capy day 💖
