So far, so good. I transferred over about a month ago, and what I love most is the customer service. Second, I love the dashboard and how easy everything is to navigate. The service also comes with a landing page and a website for your podcast, which is very useful if you don't already have one. Thus far, I highly recommend Captivate.

I have never used any other podcasting platform, and don't intend to. Color me satisfied.

I've used four other podcast hosts in the past and they all felt very impersonal. Captivate couldn't be more different. I feel like they legitimately care about the art of podcasting and creating the best hosting platform out there, leading the way with new technology and offering upgrades that podcasters really care about. In the short time I've been with them, they already fixed my only complaint which was not having analytics. Now that analytics they offer is pretty thorough. Any time I've had an issue, it's incredibly easy to contact a member of the team and the issue is resolved quickly and I legitimately feel like they care. There are so many things they do, like having their own Facebook community, that sets them apart from everybody else. For as long as I podcast, I will be a Captivate customer.

I've used Captivate.fm as my podcast host for the last 2.5 months, beginning August 2020. I chose them because their pricing tiers are designated by number of downloads, not number of RSS feeds and I wanted the freedom to experiment with several RSS feeds.

I find the UI easy to navigate. The customer service is friendly, prompt, and effective. I definitely do _not_ feel like a number at Captivate!

My wife and I started a podcast back in March as something fun to do together. And we went with Captivate as our podcast host but the reviews said they were the best to help new podcasts grow. And we have loved Captivate ever since joining up!

Captivate is one of the best podcast platforms I have ever used. It is feature-rich and great new features are being added all the time. The team is very responsive to support requests. I can't recommend them enough!

I had outgrown my starter hosting and moved primarily for the multiple RSS feeds within one price. I then discovered and discovered and keep discovering features that are so practical and just what a podcaster needs. Plus the regular upgrades and improvements mean that Captivate FM just keeps getting better and better. The support team are really helpful too. Great service.

We launched our podcast SHE RUNS EATS PERFORMS back in April 2020 and as newbie podcasters with zero experience we have loved using Captivate and found it easy and intuitive to use and enjoy! Support is great along with fabulous training videos and blogs for inspiration as well as techie advice.

Captivate.fm is an awesome resource. I host several shows and having them on same platform with easy access is awesome.

I've been in several of the main Podcast hosting services and for me, Captivate is the best from far. Not just a very good, solid and reliable podcast platform, a great echosystem where the communication with the users is a priority. Improving the platform every week with new features, I can't be happier to be part of Captivate.

Value for money. They are also very east to connect with. The community is nice. It’s a small community who have the love for what they do.
