Well 10 BUISNESS DAYS, later I've been approved. Yay right? 🙅‍♀️ im almost 100% sure they will indeed make me wait ANOTHER 10 BUISNESS DAYS, before it's deposited. I cannot believe it is taking this long. Ive won on new years at heaps and it took 3 days. One of which was a holiday 🤔 😳.

Beware! Beware! Beware! DO NOT PUT MONEY IN THIS CASINO! My hubby played a promo where he put 30$ in and he had to cycle through 2500$ worth of winnings before he cld even claim any money ( he didn’t know this or he wldnt of even have played) but despite that he still managed to win a total of approximately 4500$ which meant he cld withdraw approximately 2000$ …they first acted like they wld send a check … we went through the process and it took the funds out of our account so we thought it went through and we waited for a check. They said it wld take 8 days to process. After 3 weeks and still no check we went on and they said a check was no longer an option even though they did not once try to reach out and let us know this. Our account still showed the money taken out which they said was being “held” til we cld provide all the info they needed to do a wire transfer . But to do the wire transfer, they asked for bank routing and account number, address of bank ,the day the account was opened, the balance in your account, beneficiary’s name , some other wire transfer code, a ppl utility bill….everything but semen sample blood sample and first born! DO NOT PLAY anything from the PENNSYLVANIA CASINO APP (black and green app w a spade on it) it’s not from our country and it’s overseas. It has nothing to do w Pennsylvania. Even if we wld give all that info ( which they already have half of it bc it was required for the check) we still wldnt get our money based off every one else’s reviews. If anything it seems shady and whose to say they wldnt do anything with all that info. DO NOT TRUST THEM OR PLAY!

Please never play here. I made the mistake of winning $2000. I originated a withdrawal on March 10. Every time I speak to customer service, they say I need to provide an ID. I’ve provided it 3 times! They will never admit they have received anything from you so they can not process your withdrawal.

And, depending on who you talk to, sometimes they request a copy of your bank statements!! I’ve played online for 20 years and have never been treated so poorly. Told them to keep the money (hint, they were going to keep it anyway!

They don't pay out and they also take from what you have as far as I'm your account too okay as it suits them this is a scam! If they pay out I have yet to see. It says manager approval but still they denied it so don't go by that either. They was a almost 2 months ago n still nothin in my account btw.

I deposited $85 into my account. And then I one quite a significant amount of money and I cashed out, and they said that I never did. And I complained, and they refunded my $85, but they said it'll take 7 to 50 business days. that is such a rip-off and a scam artist. Move, I can't go to them and tell them. Let me have 7 to 50 days and give me your money. And then I'll pay you back when I feel like it. If I was to do that, that is considered theft. Why is it okay for them to? I can’t believe I didn’t check these reviews before I became involved with them. You will NEVER…EVER…CASH OUT. It’s a great set-up. You trust them because the employees are so friendly; but when you try to cash out…FORGET IT. They tell you what your bank should be, what bank they will accept, the number of transactions your bank account should have, your balance…on & on. Stall tactics and the employees should be ashamed. Wow...i wish i had read these reviews BEFORE i went thru the grief of trying to withdraw winnings. They drag you thru hell and back trying to withdraw winnings requesting information they DONT need and shouldnt ask for. They tell you what bank, what balance you need, how many transactions your bank account needed to have and more. I stayed because of the Host, but now im embarrased i stayed. Once they verify the account and the individual that should be it. They are not an American company, so there really is nothing you can do. DONT PLAY THERE, DONT TRUST THEM . I hit a jackpot on this casino for 1600 dollars and all I have been getting is the run around and them trying everything they can to not have to pay me. They make u wait for several hours just to speak to someone in customer service....I have sat here waiting for over 4 hours one time and it's never been less than two hours waiting all for them to just make another excuse as to why my withdrawal was denied. These people are a scam and the customer service is no help at all!!!

You with 900 dollar winnings being reduced to 100 ....let me guess you must have trouble reading because if simply view the terms and conditions of 35 sign up bounus it allows a withdrawal from the casino of no more and no less than 100. So delete your post stupid.

Those people that got paid, are most likely affiliated with Captian Jack. If a company get to many negative reviews they would ask a couple of individuals to PST a few positive reviews. How stupid do they think we are. 99% of the reviews are negative and 99% of player cannot get their winnings. If they are so legit, I dare them to pay me my winnings and not Litecoin account, my account.

Complete scam! I won 900 but was reduced down to 100 due to freeplay. Was told to send 10 in litecoin to verify the account for deposit. I never received my credit for the deposit and it says I need to deposit another 10. I have tried getting ahold of customer service. No response. Unacceptable terrible business practices.

This casino is a fing joke. I have been trying to withdraw now for over a month. I used crypto before but since i used a debit card this time and i tried to withdraw it didnt allow.me to so they told me to wire it. I sent all my information and still nothing. I was told i can have a Bitcoin withdrawal and sent all my information. They told me 10 days. I waited ten days and still didnt get it. TERRIBLE CASINO!!! Do not deposit $ with these people!! I received a free $35 chip via email. I played and won about $700, then they took their $500 playthrough. I kept playing until I have $115. Ask for withdrawal, verification was successful. After I submitted the amount I wanted to withdrawal, LITECOIN crypto is the ONLY withdrawal method. They wanted me to send $10 test deposit via LiteCoin to them before I could withdraw. I asked cust. service via chat if there was another method to withdraw, nope that's the only way when you get "free" money. I don't own LiteCoin. So I would have to buy it (fee charged), send it to casino (fee charged). Then the casino charges at least $20 fee to withdraw. So, what am I really getting?
