I was looking for a CRM suitable for a small company which had a free option. One or two had been recommended to me but having looked at all the CRM's available I decided that Capsule fitted my needs best.
I was not disappointed. It has been very useful to our company and it can do a lot more than we use it for but is still very easy to use.
As they have a free option you can give it a go and see what you think!

Capsule is easy to use and helps me keep track of follow up with potential and actual clients. I look forward to my daily emails about what needs to be done.

Capsule is very user friendly as well as being capable of managing many project opportunities. The only thing I wish it has was the ability to import opportunities not just generic data, however who knows this might happen in the near future. We have been using this for 3 years and would advise.

I am a relatively low-volume user, so it does not make sense for me to have to invest a ton of time to learn the software. Capsule, fortunately, is incredibly intuitive. I was up and running in under an hour. Robust feature set lets you approach people or items in your pipeline from a variety of perspectives.

Capsule is quick and easy software to use yet you still have all the features necessary to get your job done.

An excellent CRM package on the whole, easy integration in to other software It has proven to be a great tool for managing all our client relationships.

I have used Capsule for a number of years now, during my work life so far, I have used a multiple number of CRM systems, Capsules platform is easy to use and has plenty of "add on" data so you can really tailor this off the shelf package to be quite bespoke. The guys in support are also great and very quick to respond to any issues you may have.

The tools available make it easy for a sales team, or an individual, to maximise their efforts, along with some great visuals for anyone managing a team. Include the ability to incorporate other packages such as Mail Chimp and you can easily start sending out mailers on a large scale.

Shout out to Capsule Support, especially Josef and Jade! I was unfamiliar with Capsule and needed to blend and filter several databases for a mailing. They really stuck with me, over several days, different time zones and many screen recordings until my issue was resolved.

Great platform - super easy to use and really suits our needs for saving important information.

We had our account a while for basic things, but once we all had to work from home, we really started to take advantage of all the hidden features and gems to keep track of workflow and productivity for our teams. The Account managers couldn't help us more and we really loved this, so I feel like I can come to them with any query, big or small and that is what I love about the software - both the people and the tech ( we had used larger companies and the people were too busy or in a different time zone than us, which made it harder to ask for help) I'd recomend it to anyone looking for a software company that is willing to look after you no matter what your size team or business .

I have been using Capsule for a few months now. So far so good. It's very useful and great for my business, and it helps a lot. I use it like a calendar, a diary and many other things. There is still so much more I need to discover. I look forward to this.

I love CapsuleCRM!! I can't fault anything about it. I have been using it for over 10 years and have recommended it to many other business owners. each person that starts using it loves it for its user experience. I have still not found a system that allows me to do my custom fields, process flows and integrations with as much ease and for a cost effective price.

This has to be one of the best CRM's I've used, I love the simplicity of use, and its versatility with the phone app. To prove my faith, this is the 2nd time I've purchased, and for 2 different companies.....

Capsule is very easy to use and tailor to our business needs. Having implemented Dynamics and Salesforce (c. 1 yr implementation for each) we wanted a CRM that we could tailor to our needs and was easy to set up. Capsule was perfect and took only a few hours to set up! The new O365 integration is fantastic and complements the Xero integration.
