Be very careful when using this company as they are not in control of your money and if something goes wrong they will have no update for you. Use another currency company as there are plenty that are around that actually have customer service.

Fantastic personal service from Daniel and Capex Currency

I made a personal large currency transaction for the first time using Daniel and the team and I now would not go anywhere else. Daniel was recommended by my wife whose business have used the service for some time and she couldn't speak too highly of the service.
I have now experienced this and I have to say the personal service and guidance in avoiding the pitfalls in a complicated area was amazing and I now know why they get all those 5 star reviews which they thoroughly deserve.

We started using Capex in February and the service has been incredible. The whole process is highly efficient and personal - they're a pleasure to work with.

We run monthly payroll in Germany and Switzerland, which involves paying three invoices a month (two salaries, one service fee). Capex allows us to send one quick email summarizing the transfers each month, and we then receive a single bill to pay, into a Sterling bank account. We get better exchange rates than the bank transfer, no one-off forex fee; we only have to make one transfer rather than three; and the transfers are typically made on the same day. They're also always reachable by phone for enquiries and the email responsiveness is incredible. I cannot fault them.
