capelli is a massive fail
Capelli consistently fails to deliver timely orders -they are months and months late. We play soccer for Rush - who is one of Capelli’s largest clients. Last year we ordered in June and the kits / uniforms did not arrive for half our team until mid-October, most of our fall games were over. This year, Capelli did the same thing. They took our $750 and are now late, as they promised an August 1 delivery. Once again, we won’t have uniforms for games, and Capelli won’t do anything to make it right.
Even worse - they don’t return calls or emails - which makes them a borderline scam company. Do yourself a favor - give someone else your business.

The fact I had to give even ONE star…
The fact I had to give even ONE star makes me ill. This company is a JOKE that I am forced to deal with for soccer uniforms from my child's soccer club. I placed an order MID JUNE with guaranteed delivery by August 1st. We are now MID AUGUST and just received an email they don't have my child's size in some items. WHAT HAVE YOU BEEN DOING FOR TWO MONTHS?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? The season starts in 2 weeks - this is completely unacceptable. Oh and you can only contact them via email which goes at a snails pace. DO YOURSELVES A FAVOR AND SPEAK WITH YOUR CLUBS TO CHANGE PROVIDERS

Late on delivery and lied about when it would deliver
We ordered our Uniform on June 25th and was told it would take 5 weeks for delivery Eta would be July 30th. We emailed after the 30th when the uniform did not arrive on time and were given a UPS number that has yet to ship. We also received an email from customer service that said it would arrive at the end of the week on 8/15. It did not and UPS number still does not show the uniform being picked up. At this point we are already 2 games into the season and have to yet to receive uniforms that we paid $400.00. It would be nice if Capelli could be honest and tell us when this order will be shipped.

Worst customer service for a sport uniforms company. They always take more than 2 months to fulfill orders and their service is really bad, also the quality of the uniforms is not good enough. I don't recommend this company at all.

Worst company ever to order sports…
Worst company ever to order sports uniforms from!! They take 6+ weeks to ship out your order and want to charge an arm and a leg for shipping! When trying to actually talk to a live person about your order, it is impossible! Nobody answers phone calls - or returns phone calls. All we get back in return is a generic email message!! Do not order from this place!!

Buyer Beware!
If I could give no stars I would. Ordered soccer kits as soon as the team was available -first of June- 5 week delivery date. Started checking on the status mid July - label made but no uniforms - they lost them! Here it is mid August still no kits, “they are looking into it”, for 3 weeks now! So here I am out almost $400, no uniforms or answers. For the prices of their products they should do better! I hope that someone thinking of using Capelli for their club takes into consideration all the horrible reviews! Don’t put your soccer families through this irritation.

Frustrating Experience from Start to Finish
My experience with Capelli has been extremely disappointing from start to finish. The level of customer service is unacceptable — delays, lack of communication, and repeated mistakes on my order have made this process frustrating and exhausting.
Instead of resolving issues promptly, I’ve had to follow up multiple times with little to no real progress. The quality of service I received does not match the standards one would expect from a reputable company.
I would strongly caution others before doing business with Capelli. If customer satisfaction matters to you, look elsewhere.

Capelli Sports has no customer service
Capelli Sports consistently gets the uniforms incorrect and then there is no customer service follow up to rectify the situation. They sent my daughter’s uniform kit with literally half the items we ordered and included in the box was an old pair of men’s Old Navy pajama pants that were ripped and gross. Capelli blamed it on someone opening it up in transit. In actuality, I seriously wonder who is working at this company and whether their quality control is so bad, that somebody at their company accidentally put those in while trying to run their Facebook marketplace business on the side.

Capelli is part of the problem with youth soccer
Capelli Sport has provided one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had. I placed an order on June 3rd, expecting it to ship within five weeks as promised. As of today, months later, my order still hasn’t arrived and there have been no genuine updates. Every time I email, the only response is a generic acknowledgment that they’ll “check with the fulfillment center” in 2-4 business days—but then nothing actually happens. I’m stuck in a continuous loop of canned customer service replies with zero transparency or accountability.
This ongoing lack of communication and shipment is a stark example of why so many families view youth soccer as a money grab: clubs require parents to buy overpriced gear, payment is taken up front, but there’s little recourse once issues arise. Capelli Sport’s delays, poor service, and missing deliveries reflect a wider problem where vendors and clubs secure large contracts, then leave families to deal with subpar support and unfulfilled promises. As others have noted in reviews, these failures break trust and undermine the spirit of youth sports—kids miss games and team experiences, while parents are left frustrated and out of pocket.

If I could give them 0 stars I would! Ordered soccer kit in June with delivery in 5 weeks. 9 weeks later and all I have received is a winter parka. Kits are too expensive, customer service sucks and I can only wish the club switches uniform provider in 2 years. Worst experience with a sports kit in over 15 years of ordering for my kids.

Capelli Sport Website & Customer Service Review – Frustrating and Unresolved
I’m writing this review out of sheer frustration after multiple failed attempts to resolve an issue through Capelli’s website and customer service team.
To start, there is no clear escalation channel when problems arise. If your order gets stuck, if you can’t check out without rebuying unnecessary items, or if you have questions about your team-specific kit, good luck getting someone to fix it quickly. I’ve submitted messages through the contact form, followed instructions from the club, and explained that I already purchased certain items like the backpack and ball. Nothing has been resolved.
The site is completely inflexible. If something is marked as “mandatory” by the club—even if you bought it already or don’t need it again—you can’t remove it from your cart or proceed to checkout. There’s no override option, no customer service rep empowered to adjust it, and no support line that can actually help. You’re just stuck.
On top of that, I’m placing a $300+ order, and there’s no free shipping—not even a discount code or courtesy offer. For a required purchase through a team, you’d expect better customer appreciation or at least the option to skip items already owned.
The lack of organization on the website only makes it worse. You can’t search for your team’s kit through a clean interface—you’re reliant on a custom link and a team password that isn't always provided clearly. If you accidentally click away or remove a mandatory item, the site just blocks checkout with no explanation.
To summarize, there is no clear way to escalate unresolved issues, you can’t opt out of items already purchased, and the site has poor layout and navigation. There is also no free shipping even on large required orders, and customer service is slow or unresponsive.
Capelli needs to do better. This should be a simple ordering process for families already paying for expensive club sports—not a confusing, inflexible, and unresponsive experience. I’m still waiting for a real solution.

Terrible experience/order not shipped
I have a terrible experience with Capelli Sport and their customer service team. Like many others I ordered a uniform kit with a promised delivery date of 8/1/25 and as of 8/6/25 it is still “awaiting fulfillment”. I have email them 9 times and received varying answered each time. Ranging from it will be delivered by 8/1 (that email was on 7/30), to blaming it on UPS for a lost package, to it will be delivered this week, now UPS will not pick up until next week. I even email George Altris their CEO and have received no response. Customer service did provide me eventually provide tracking number and it said the label was created on 6/24/25 over a month ago, but has never been given to UPS. They are not truthful in their responses and have no sense of urgency to correct. A company that will not allow you to actually talk to customer service and only responses to email once every 2-3 business days is nothing but a joke. Avoid this company and if you’re part of a club team start conversations to change brands, that is what we are doing after this experience.

Club soccer kits - missing numbers. Different shades of yellow within the team. Sizing is variable ... like 3 sizes variance from what is ordered. Terrible for what they charge. I'll never order from this company, unless forced, like we are now. Give me back adidas please.

Quality of back pack and design is…
Quality of back pack and design is terrible. The zipper where you put in the cleats broke in less than a year and they are unwilling to fix it or send a new item. Our club team is stuck with Capelli for another 6 years. It is so unfortunate! Their shipping also takes sooo long! I spend over $2500.00 in uniforms for all my kids in the last 3 years and they are not even willing to resolve an issue with a defective backpack. They replied to my concern with "Please place a new order for the item at your earliest convenience. We thank you for your business" - I refuse to give them an extra penny for a defective item that they are not willing to fix.

Substantial and unexplained delays in…
Substantial and unexplained delays in order fulfillment. Only boilerplated repsonses from customer service that pay no attention to your message. I have asked 3 separate times across 3 weeks to provide a timeline for order delivery. They are preferred provider for our referee association. Will advocate to change this especially considering the hundreds of new referees who will experience this and have no uniform to start the season. My order was placed and payment taken 58 days ago.

Avoid This Company At All Costs!!
They do not ship on time; state that delivery is in 5-weeks, 7 weeks later still no shipping info. Email them and you get 'canned responses'. Customer service is non-existent, no phone numbers to contact them. Sure they'll take your money immediately, but won't provide you with your merchandise. We're halfway through our summer season, and we still don't have anything we ordered. Avoid Capelli Sport at all costs.

I ordered through their provided link for my son's soccer kit. 3 months later they finally deliver with his number only on his backpack. They try and claim I ordered it that way. I used their link and it filled in his name and number automatically. Horrible company.

The quality of their clothing is good, but they overcharge and their customer service is awful. They force people into buying certain items, some at much higher rates than any competing products. And they add significant extra taxes and “shipping” fees.
