Canvas wasn't stapled on straight, but for the price and the speed of delivery (after we entered level 2 re covid) I will be using your service again. Thanks.

The original is a drawing of us from many years ago. This was drawn by a street artist in Porec, in the former Yugoslavia. We wanted to preserve the drawing so I took a photo of it and got you guys to print it on canvas. It looks like it was drawn straight onto the canvas!

The canvas type has changed to a large weave that I don't like compared to canvas prints that I received about 7 years ago when they were supplied from China. Also, the edges now are folded on the side rather than underneath and they are not as neat as they were. Since your products come out of the same factory in Auckland as other canvas print suppliers (eg Optimal print), why dont you use the same canvas that they use?

Besvarelse fra Canvas Factory
Hi Ken
Thanks for your feedback. There will always be variances between canvas from different suppliers. The canvas we supply is 100% cotton, versus other suppliers who use a combination of cotton and polyester. We have found that the majority of our customers prefer the 100% cotton canvas and that is what we have chosen to supply.
We also see less production issues with this canvas type.
Kind Regards
Amanda
