I bought a prebuilt PC from Cannon Pcs a little over 3 months ago and it's been amazing! There was an issue with a piece of hardware, but I emailed them and it got sorted super quickly and I was sent a new piece to install myself! Great customer service and super helpful with any questions you may have about your system!

Had a really good experience getting a used PC from Jack. He packed everything with great care, making sure each part was secure. He even added a small gift, which was a lovely surprise!

I didn't want any flashy setup with lights or RGB, and Jack understood that perfectly and removed them. The PC I got is clean, quiet, and exactly what I needed. It runs everything I wanted without any issues (I discussed with Jack about what I need it for).

There's also a warranty, which I honestly didn't expect. It shows he takes pride in what he does.

Overall, it was an exceptional and calm experience - rare in the best way. Still leaves a good feeling.
