According to the tracking, the parcel has been stuck on “out for delivery” for around a week. While this can sometimes happen with the courier, it is unfortunately outside of our control, as we are not the delivery company ourselves.
Had you contacted us by email first, we would of course have looked into this for you and done our best to assist.

We would like to clarify that the point about receiving no response is not accurate. We do always reply to customer emails, although at times there may unfortunately be some delay in response during busier periods.
In relation to customs, this is not something we can control, as customs checks and decisions can be unpredictable and vary from country to country. For that reason, we always advise customers to make sure they are familiar with their local laws regarding the import and use of such products, as regulations can differ and can change, and we are not in a position to keep track of every local market in detail.
That said, please check your email inbox, as a tracking link for your reshipment has already been sent.

I placed a order last week of the 30% CBD oil,I have been in chronic pain due to severe nerve damage my gate was bad plus my balance was bad Im also on very strong opiates day one of tacking the oil took away most of my pain so I could delay taking my second pregablin,my balance has become a lot better and also my walking is also better, I'd recommend this for anyone who struggles with pain,10 out of 10 l won't look back now, thanks canna

As our products are made within the legally permitted limits, their effect can be relatively subtle and may vary considerably depending on the individual. First time ordering , ordered on 27th March promised delivery by 1st of April , today is 3rd of April , no updates on tracking , no idea when its going to arrive , could be a one off ? , website states that its next day delivery if ordered Mon - Thurs , not sure what your success rate is on that - Update 17 April , the first order must have got lost in the post , but in fairness without asking I received an e mail stating that they had sent out another batch a week ago , this batch has duly arrived within the promised 2 hour time frame today , I havent tried them yet , (going to have a few cans first) , will update later when I have

Around 90% of our parcels are delivered within 1–3 working days, which is why we understand your disappointment when your order did not follow that usual pattern. While this remains the typical experience for most shipments, there are occasions, particularly with international deliveries, customs processing, holiday periods such as Easter, non-working days, or increased pressure on courier networks, where delays can occur outside our direct control.
At the same time, your comment is a fair one. Where our wording does not set those expectations clearly enough, it is our responsibility to improve it. For that reason, we have now updated the delivery wording so that it better reflects the possible exceptions and provides clearer guidance going forward.

No effect
No effect from any products I tried. Tried one 5mg one, nothing. Tried two at a time, nothing. Tried three at a time, nothing. Tried a 2.5mg, I was warned to only consume one and still didn’t do anything. Gave some to my boyfriend who’s never had any and he didn’t feel anything either. Disappointed.
