The ABSOLUTE BEST MATERIAL and QUALITY care treatment and I have tried SmileDirect. Candid is the best!

My time with Candid has really been great. The technology they have to scan your teeth from home and not have to go to the dentist is unreal! I see such a transformation in my teeth already plus they’re getting whiter too.

Once I got over the first step of doing my own scan (which is super easy) everything has worked so smoothly. I can't believe I'm straightening my teeth without ever going into a dentist's office. Amazing.

This was one of the best investments ever...Once you get past the impressions which I ended up going to the Candid office in San Jose..They where awesome took the impressions and got my braces. Since then it's been smooth sailing..I love watching my progression and I find myself smiling alot more..it has given me the confidence to feel good about myself once more..Can't wait to see the final outcome..Thank You Candid!

Alright, more accurately,, grandma has Candid Aligners. I am only in my 4th tray, and have minor crowding of my lover teeth, with one tooth at a slight angle. This made it difficult to floss, and honestly, the appearance has always bothered me. So, this grandma got Candid aligners. The monitoring by orthodontists while being able to be monitored remotely was the reason I chose Candid. As an added bonus, my teeth are much whiter without strong whiteners that I find painful. One place that shows one's age is their teeth. I honestly look younger with my white, evenly spaced aligned teeth. And? No one can tell I am wearing them.

I have asked 5 times to update my email notifications to match when my scans are due. It still has not happened...

Glad I finally made the decision to straighten my teeth. Candid Co is very easy from the start. I especially like the ease of app and online communication with the orthodontist. My only wish is I could email them directly back from the feedback I get on my routine scans. Otherwise, I like the process and the progress so far.

I'm only about a third of the way through my treatment, so it's hard to give a thorough assessment. However, so far it's been pretty great. It's not too painful, the aligners are easy to wear/clean. I like that they're whitening my teeth as well, that's a bonus I didn't expect but very much appreciate. The only reason I didn't give a full five stars is that the reports feel automated. I would like just a tiny bit more information that's specifically for me. It's really more about feeling like an orthodontist actually is looking at all my scans and not a robot. So far, that's my only suggestion.

So glad the Candid app was updated. I have a better understanding of each step to take now. The app is more precise and clear!

Fantastic customer service. App is intuitive and easy to use. Latest updates make instructions even clearer with regard to video capture reviews. I think Candid would do well to offer more whitening options throughout treatment. More foam than just a single bottle (which everyone knows won't last the duration of treatment). Other than that it's been a great experience! So far so great!

I love doing this 100% remote. When I have run into issues with the application I have always been able to get a customer service person who is delightful.
