Awesome experience, first of all with Marie at the pick up at Mirabel, she was all smile and 1000% efficient. Then the rv itself was the best we’ve had after 7 years renting with a competitor. I fully... Se mere

Excellent vehicle
Excellent vehicle, very courteous and helpful service, extremely kind and efficient in moving our booking that we had to change due to a flight strike. Unfortunately we had made the reservation through an intermediary, which only created problems. Book directly with Canadream.

Very impressed.
Very impressed.
The vehicle was impressive, clean and functional. Prior to our collection, a first for a vehicle of this size, the familiarisation videos and documentation were very good. The in-depot team were friendly and helpful. I would be more than happy to book again with Canadream.

Good handover both taking the RV over…
Good handover both taking the RV over and handing it back to station in Mirabel. Courteous and efficient staff.
Euqipment as expected (TCA in good condition and no technical issues)
Km charges on top of the quite expensive rental is a bit too much. That’s what cost you the 5th star.

A few negative things, but overall a very nice holiday
We had pre-ordered a Nespresso machine months in advance, but none were available. The first roll of toilet paper from the basic kit was unfortunately forgotten. The RV's engine was noticeably louder—significantly louder than similar models from CanaDream (probably due to a loose exhaust).

Friendly staff at the reception
Friendly staff at the reception, clean motorhome with everything included as specified and as necessary. Easy give-back process as well. Certainly to recommend.
What could be specified more clearly is the distance to the Montreal Airport, which appr. a 50min. drive and requires a taxi (or two, depending on the persons and the bags with you).

First RV experience
This was our first RV experience and Canadream was the best choice for our family! Our kids loved their little beds on the top of the driver’s seat and we just loved how easy everything was! Thank you Canadream for one of our best family roatrips! :)

Room for improvement.
The tank cover cannot be fully opened due to a brace in the cab superstructure, making refueling a challenge - the fuel tap cannot be positioned correctly.
We had a case where the fridge alarm went off in the middle of the night because the battery didn't have enough capacity. In fact, we had no way of getting to a campsite with a power connection that day. This shouldn't really happen if the battery is in a good state of maintenance.
The solar unit always charged during the day, which was probably not enough on this day.

Thank you for your review. We agree that he position of the tank cover in relation to the braces is annoying however it is not an easy thing to resolve. The batteries are tested before each rental and yours was showing a full charge. We recommend that Guests plug into campsite power at least every two to three days to ensure the battery is fully charged. The solar trickle only helps to to maintain the charge. Driving the vehicle will provide some charge to the battery but it is important not to rely on engine only charging for extended periods of time. In our TCA unit, the most reliable way to ensure a full charge on the battery is by plugging the unit into external power for at least 7-8 hours. It was a pleasure having you as our Guests.
The RV was great beside one important topic
The RV was great, clean and almost new. The other items like kitchen suppliances, towels etc. as well.
We have only one complaint about the mattress which caused a lot of backpain to both of us for several days. It was to soft in the middle ( like a hole ), although it looked new, too. As we were only 2 travellers we changed it with the two single ones from the front and could sleep well finally.
