Outrageous Timeframes, Difficult to Work With, Didn't Receive Rx on Time
Beware of using this shady pharmacy. On the website they say "Delivery time is between 8-14 days", which is wildly inaccurate. On the phone they say 15-20 BUSINESS DAYS. The website says "expedited shipping is available on request" — it is not.
I placed an order on January 5 with a valid prescription from a US based doctor. Two weeks later they tell me the prescription hasn't been accepted and they need a new one. So my doctor sent a new prescription. When I checked on the status of the order they informed me (apparently they didn't feel the need to tell me this) that the prescription had again been rejected because the handwriting was illegible. Perhaps to them it was, but my doctor sent four different versions of the prescription. By this time it is January 29, 24 days after the original order, which was supposed to arrive (per the website) in 8-14 days. If a customer had a life-threatening illness and needed the drugs badly, they might be dead by this time.
Because I would not be available to receive the order in the ridiculous timeframe they were proposing (which would be sometime in March—literally months after the order was placed), I refunded the order. At this point they informed me they won't refund USD (even though I payed in USD) and so I will be "charged for the refund". What? Moreover, they say it will be 8-12 BUSINESS DAYS to receive the refund. Why? I have not received the refund at the time of writing this review as it was just requested, but will update if they fail to refund appropriately.
Besides all of this the company is difficult to work with and terrible at communication. They did not respond to multiple email inquiries. You will be on hold in a queue trying to get information about problems with the order, which they will not provide to you unsolicited. The ordering process itself is unduly difficult for the customer and onerous for the prescribing doctor. You cannot pay by credit card but must send a photo of a void check, which is a red flag I should've paid attention to.
They appear to be a drop-shipping operation or something similar and the actual medications are not coming from Canada but distributors in other countries. This would be fine if they actually arrived in a timely fashion, but they don't. In the time it took to go through this awful process which resulted in a refund and no product, I received medications shipped from a pharmacy in Japan (in under 2 weeks!) so there's really no excuse here for the timeframes offered here, especially when the shipping fees are so high ($16).
This company needs to 1) accept credit cards, 2) not offer refunds that end up charging the customer, 3) actually provide their products in the timeframe advertised on their website (8-14 days), 4) actually provide expedited shipping, even if it is at cost, 5) streamline their process for doctor's prescription so there's no chance of refusal of legitimate prescription, 6) respond to emails, 7) provide information about the order in a timely fashion to the customer so it can be corrected ASAP, 8) process the order and ship much much faster than they do.
