Prices were good. Took a long time to be delivered.

Easy to order but the product was shipped late.

I got the lens in about 2 weeks just like the website said. It works perfectly. Great price.

I found a hard to find lens that other on-line stores said they had but didn't.I was able to confirm they had it using the chat feature. The order was confirmed and then the wait for delivery details which is the most difficult part for a customer but it took as long as they said it would and actually arrived a day early. So needless to say but I'm extremely happy with Canada Electronics.

I have bought from Canada Electronics a few times and was always pleased with my experience. I understand that they experienced a major system outage this summer (2024) and that may have delayed a few things for many people.
However, I placed my latest order on July 16 and my new camera was at my door, by Canada Post, on July 19 (2024). How could anyone not be happy with that?

The wait for the order was about a month. As a result, a refund was requested, so there was no point in waiting any longer. The money has been returned. There is zero support. It's impossible to get through by phone. They very rarely respond to email. Stay away from this site.

Free shipping was attractive yes but waiting almost 2 months was not... Plus they promised me 3% discount for delay which I never got back.

I've ordered a Galaxy S24 Ultra the 15th of June, the price was low compared to other shop, on the website it is indicated that the order will be sent within 2-3 working days. And surprisingly after more than 10 days the phone was not sent, I've contacted the customer support many times and all I've got is to be patient and the phone is ready to be sent.
Last week I've sent more than 10 reply to ask for update and surprise no one answer.

After requesting a full refund, I've decided to report the website as fraudulent if I didn't receive any updates.

Finally I've received my refund without any explanation and without any excuse.

Extremely disappointed but happy to get the refund, stay away from this shop there is something illegal with their products.

I am disappointed with this company. They have nice products, but no customer service. A week after ordering a phone, I still don't know when I will receive my phone. I wrote, but I got no response.

Still have not received my shipment every after many promises

i bought an expensive item from Canada Electronics that was 2-3% cheaper than most other vendors. my warning: the risk is not worth the discount.

my item was not shipped when promised, and communication from the company was incredibly sparse. eventually i was responded to with a promise that it would ship that night. it didn't. i followed up a number of times with no response. more than a week later they responded only after i explained my concern that i was being defrauded and would take action if i didn't receive an adequate response.

i ultimately received a full refund. i now do not believe the company is fraudulent. but i am certain that they are extremely unreliable.

I contacted them several times to find out when the cell phone would be send. They responded every time. The only negative was the slow sending to my cell phone.

Everything took a very long time and it took a long time to figure out the payment, it took a long time to send the phone, then there was some problem with the shipment, then for a long time the parcel was not displayed in the application. Canada post, then the courier brought it home, but didn’t leave the parcel to sign for, so I had to pick up everything at the post office.
So, even good promises about the fact that after the purchase you will receive the Order within 2-3 business days, these are all lies!!!, at best, you will receive your purchase in 3 weeks. Personally, it took me 21 days. So I wish everyone good luck with this store!!!

Absolute scam website. Waited over 2 weeks for a delivery that never happened. One excuse after another. My camera was never shipped, they kept telling me to wait a few more hours. Wait another day. Quite possibly the worst experience I have ever had. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

The webpage is legitimate and the chat service has been good. The product is as advertised. I have no problem with recommending this company to anyone looking to purchase a phone.

Lens received! It was well packaged and was the best price on the Internet. I saved about $200-300 by buying from Canada Electronics over other online retailers.

I didn't rate it 5 stars because I received no communication about when or how it was going to be shipped until I used the online text assistance 3 days later. I was worried having not purchased from this site. However, my query was answered right away (live chat service) and the lens was shipped one week after I submitted my order. Better communication in this regard would have earned 5 out of 5 stars.
