Awesome customer service and attention. Willingness to commit and providing a product I really wanted for my 87 Vanagon Camper even though the shipping (internationally for a large order) and coordination were challenging. Camper Interiors didn't give up and did all the heavy lifting ensuring I got my Vitrifrigo C50I Fridge which arrived in perfect order and fit my van like a glove.

I checked the website in advance and was happy with the price of the parts I wished to buy but what really impressed me was the staff when I visited the store, they were all friendly and happy to give advice on parts and even unwrapped two items so I could compare them before purchase.
I’ll definitely be shopping here again, thank you.

Apart from only receiving 2 out of my three boxes the experience has been great

We ordered a legun swivel table leg from Camper Interiors which is an expensive item and waited for delivery, and waited and waited. Then on checking the order on their website it stated it had been delivered 3 days after the order was placed. No such delivery took place and we are over £160 out of pocket and no table leg. There was also no email notification that the order had been despatched.
On contacted the company we were told, yes it has been delivered so we advised we have not had ANY such deliver. We checked with our neighbours and also asked on 2 local Facebook groups if anyone had taken delivery – NO.
The company seems adamant not to help even when we said we would take legal action if we do not get any help with this order. It is apparent that the order was NEVER delivered as they did not have the full postal address on their records – despite filling in the full address on the order.
They have also stated that the order was ‘left in the porch’ and signed for – but surely when an order is delivered if it was signed for IT WOULD NOT BE LEFT IN THE PORCH.!!!

We will probably have to pursue the route of taking legal action as the law states -
Consumer Rights Act 2015, Section 29
29 Passing of risk
(1) A sales contract is to be treated as including the following provisions as terms.
(2) The goods remain at the trader's risk until they come into the physical possession of—
(a)the consumer, or
(b)a person identified by the consumer to take possession of the goods.
Therefore I would be VERY VERY cautious about ordering from this company if I was you… buyer beware.

He supplied the wrong heater 12v instead of 24v, said they were coming out to change it

I made a mistake and ordered the wrong thing,they said I could return it no problem sent a label to print,I told them what I had and what I needed it to do and sent picture of sink and tap,they put together a set up for me and sent it out so I received it next day,they even sent me a diagram of how it should work,I had been to plumb centres in my city and they couldn’t help,so I was so relieved with when they helped me,the non plumb sink is set up in my daughter beauty room and has passed the inspection,so thank you
