Una experiencia decepcionante.
Nuestra experiencia con Vantastic Camper Albania fue muy decepcionante.
Alquilamos una camper durante 9 días por 1.022 € porque el anuncio indicaba que disponía de placa solar, batería de litio, frigorífico funcional, inversor y ducha exterior. Sin embargo, la realidad fue completamente distinta.
La furgoneta no tenía placa solar, llevaba una batería de plomo en lugar de litio, el frigorífico solo funcionaba con el motor en marcha, el inversor se apagaba y comenzaba a pitar pocos minutos después de apagar el motor, dejándonos sin electricidad, y la ducha exterior no funcionaba.
Estas no son pequeñas averías, sino características fundamentales que condicionan completamente el uso de una camper. Como consecuencia, tuvimos que comer prácticamente todos los días en cafeterías y restaurantes porque no podíamos conservar alimentos ni cocinar, y en varias ocasiones tuvimos que pagar alojamiento en hoteles para poder ducharnos, cuando precisamente habíamos alquilado una camper para dormir y vivir de forma autónoma.
Lo más decepcionante fue el trato recibido al devolver el vehículo. En lugar de reconocer los problemas o intentar buscar una solución, la persona que nos atendió respondió con un tono cínico y poco profesional, llegando a decirnos que deberíamos haber enchufado la camper en un camping y que todos los inconvenientes eran responsabilidad nuestra. Esa respuesta resulta incomprensible cuando el vehículo se anunciaba precisamente como una camper preparada para funcionar de forma autónoma.
Solicitamos una compensación razonable por la diferencia entre el vehículo anunciado y el realmente entregado, pero fue rechazada.

No recomendaría esta empresa. Si alquilan una camper aquí, les aconsejo revisar cuidadosamente que el vehículo entregue exactamente el equipamiento anunciado antes de salir.
Our experience with Vantastic Camper Albania was extremely disappointing.
We rented a camper for 9 days, paying €1,022, because the advertisement stated that it included a solar panel, a lithium battery, a fully functional fridge, an inverter, and an outdoor shower. Unfortunately, the vehicle we received was completely different.
The camper had no solar panel, was fitted with a lead-acid battery instead of the advertised lithium battery, the fridge only worked while the engine was running, the inverter started beeping and shut down shortly after the engine was turned off, leaving us without electricity, and the outdoor shower did not work at all.
These are not minor issues. They are essential features that directly influenced our decision to rent this camper. Because of these problems, we had to eat almost every meal in cafés and restaurants since we could not safely store or prepare food. On several occasions, we also had to pay for hotel rooms just to take a shower, despite renting a camper specifically to travel and sleep independently.
The most disappointing part was the way we were treated when we returned the vehicle. Instead of acknowledging the problems or offering a reasonable solution, we were met with a cynical and dismissive attitude. We were told that we should have plugged the camper into a campsite and that all the inconveniences were our responsibility. This response was unacceptable, especially considering that the camper was advertised as being equipped for independent off-grid use.
We requested a reasonable partial refund to reflect the significant difference between the camper advertised and the one provided, but our request was rejected.

Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this company. If you decide to rent from Vantastic Camper Albania, make sure to carefully inspect the vehicle and verify that it actually matches the equipment and specifications advertised before you leave.
