Our financial services company has used Campaign Master for many years. The account team are a real strength – friendly, proactive and consistently helpful. Support has also been excellent: responsive, knowledgeable and clear in their guidance whenever we’ve had questions or needed help. You call and someone picks up straight away! Overall, it’s been a very positive experience working with a team that’s dependable and easy to deal with.

Ameeta and the team are fantastic. They are able to support with any queries we have and always find a solution for campaigns we are looking to run. They respond really quickly and it's really like having another member of the marketing team.

I have used Campaign Master for our email comms for a number of years. I continue to subscribe to the service year in, year out, due to the excellent customer service they provide. They typically respond to my query within minutes and respond in an accessible way that is easy for me to understand with clear instructions for me to follow. I would not hesitate in recommending this platform to anyone who is considering email campaigns. The AI tool they have introduced is also excellent.

We use Campaign Master to produce our weekly newsletter at work, so whenever we have queries or experience issues, we generally need a fairly timely response. Their support team always surpass our expectations in terms of response time, level of help provided and clear explanations/instructions on how to perform functions/fix issues.

They are brilliant. We aren't looking for a marketing provider, we send bulk emails to our members about their benefits with us. Campaign Master are perfect for that. They offer template building service so we can brand our emails for specific clients. The system is easy to use and really helpful for getting results. There customer service is also fantastic, our relationship manager is always straight on it, if we ever need any help. I highly recommend them for a GDPR complaint service.
