The only time you really find out how good a shop is, is when something hasn’t quite gone right. That’s when the best stores shine—and Camera Centre have absolutely delivered. My order was mis-picked, but as soon as I contacted them, they responded quickly and professionally. Their customer service was first class: courteous, proactive, and clearly committed to resolving the issue. I’m sure it’s an error they rarely make, and they handled it with the kind of care and efficiency that builds real trust. The parcel was returned and the correct order sent quickly. Mistakes happen—but it’s how a company handles them that sets them apart. I’ll definitely be buying from them again, confident that I’m dealing with a team who truly care about their customers.

Getting My First Camera Setup
went into Camera Centre Cardiff to buy a full camera setup and honestly had no idea where to start. Nick and Luke were both really friendly and welcoming they took the time to chat about what I needed and helped me pick out the best option for my budget.
They made the whole process easy and enjoyable, and I left feeling confident and happy with my new gear. Would 100% recommend these guys if you’re looking for a camera or just some honest advice!
