This company provides both quality…
This company provides both quality products and good customer service.
I ordered 3 skylights, 1500x1000, 1800x1200 &
90x60, all 3 came well packaged and were delivered on the date I requested. Both Luke and Darren have been helpful over the phone. My fitters and builders were very impressed with the skylights, they had never seen them before. They followed the guides provided for fitting and said they were straightforward ( but heavy) to fit.The right equipment is vital.

Bad organisation and communication
I was informed that my delivery was due for around 1.30pm so I made arrangements that day to do a small job. I received a phone call from my customer about 8.15am to say that the delivery was here!!! I had to leave a job in a hurry to go to the delivery address. I was then met with an obnoxious delivery driver stating that we don’t give timed deliveries, but I have this in writing!!!!. There has been some confusion here? Surely the driver knows that I was going to be the first drop? As there was only my order onboard and distance about 210miles. Or was this Friday blues!! And early finish perhaps. I was more upset that I had my morning planed to work around this.

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience you experienced with your recent delivery. While we strive to provide estimated time slots of arrival (ETAs), we do encounter variables such as traffic conditions and other logistical factors that can affect timing. Our policy is to offer estimated delivery times as a guideline rather than a guarantee, and we aim to make this clear to our customers to manage expectations. We apologise for any misunderstanding in this regard.
We're sorry to hear about the behaviour of our delivery driver and will take your feedback seriously, as it helps us improve and provide better service moving forward. We expect all of our employees to behave professionally and courteously, and we will investigate this incident further.
Once again, we are sorry for any inconvenience. Your satisfaction is extremely important to us, and we will do our best to prevent similar occurrences in the future. If you have any more questions or need further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team at info@cambridgeskylights.co.uk
