To the point, flexible and can manage on your own time
Flexible course that allows you to log in and out at your own pace. Information was helpful and allowed me to add another module (event planning) to my BA business degree to further my knowledge. Would have been nice to have a little more of a challenge with the questions, or little tasks to independently achieve, but overall satisfied that I can add this alongside my other qualifications.

Health and Safety at Work and the Law
Ensuring workplace health and safety is crucial for both employers and employees. Laws like the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA), the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 (HSWA), and the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 (WHS) establish legal responsibilities to prevent hazards and create safe working conditions.
Employers must conduct risk assessments, provide training, and implement safety measures. Employees are responsible for following protocols and using protective equipment. Compliance with these laws reduces workplace injuries, improves productivity, and fosters a safer work environment.
