I initially took most of my lessons with an instructor from another Cambridge-based company, who unfortunately cancelled on me just three days before my test due to a car issue he had actually known about for weeks. When I then managed to get a cancellation, he refused to rearrange a lesson to fit me in which meant I once again had to cancel (so all in all, a great guy!)

After a long wait for a new test date, I started taking lessons with Ramona from CDA and passed on the first go! She was absolutely incredible. Not only is she super reliable, but the quality of her instruction was also on a whole other level. I learned so much in just a few lessons and genuinely feel like a far better driver thanks to her. Ramona explains everything clearly and logically (I finally understand reverse parking!), and she’s also kind, patient, and encouraging. I have no doubt I would have passed ages ago if she’d been my instructor from the start!

Ozcan’s teaching style is clear, patient and methodical. He explains everything in a way that’s easy to understand, helping you to grasp not just the ‘how’ but the ‘why’ behind every manoeuvre. Each lesson was well-structured, focused, and tailored to what I needed most.

What I appreciated most was his kindness and steady encouragement throughout the learning process. He creates a positive atmosphere that makes learning to drive feel achievable and even enjoyable.

Reza is incredibly professional and genuinely helpful. His teaching methods are remarkably effective, no matter your prior driving experience – whether you're a complete rookie or have some background, he adapts his approach to ensure you grasp everything.

Lessons with Reza were always a joy. He's full of humor, making the learning process fun and engaging, which really helps to ease any nerves. What truly sets him apart is his calm demeanor, even when mistakes happen (in contrast, some instructors in Cambridge shout at you if you are a bit close to kerbs). Instead of getting flustered, he'll calmly ask you to pull up on the left, then patiently and clearly explain the mistake, its cause, and crucially, how to avoid it next time. He uses his tablet and dash camera for these explanations, providing an invaluable visual aid that many other instructors in Cambridge simply don't utilize effectively. This verbal-visual learning approach is brilliant!

His mock tests are incredibly useful, setting challenges that not only prepare you perfectly for the actual driving test but also for the complexities of real-life driving. I took about 12 lessons/sessions with Reza and felt completely confident heading into my test. As I told him, if Reza feels you are ready, you are bloody ready!
