Bad experience - still trying to resolve
Still trying to resolve. Company dodges responsibility and tries to convince you to take a $2 refund rather than full refund for damaged stock sent to you. makes excuses about how expensive it is to return the item to the manufacturer in China !? Not sure why customer has to pay return on faulty stock (product damaged and missing parts - packaging was fine)... Item also for sale of other websites for less than 1/4 the price.
