I’m so happy to say I passed my driving test on my first attempt with zero faults, and I couldn’t have done it without my amazing instructor Jalal!

From day one, he was patient, professional, and incredibly supportive. Every lesson was well-structured and tailored to help me improve quickly while building my confidence on the road. He explained everything clearly, stayed calm at all times, and made sure I fully understood not just how to pass the test, but how to be a safe and confident driver for life.

His encouragement and attention to detail really made the difference. Passing first time with no faults shows how well he prepares his students!

I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and genuinely supportive driving instructor. Thank you so much!

I took driving lessons from Babur, who was very patient and supportive during the lessons. He instructed me well and helped me feel relaxed throughout the driving process. I would like to thank him for helping me pass the exam.

Babur Bik took me to my driving test. I was a very nervous driver and had failed several previous attempts but I passed this time. Thank you very much!

Can absolutely recommend Calm, I've just passed first time after learning with Tracy for just under 40 hours, and it's been a pleasure! I was initially quite anxious about starting, but she put me right at ease with her friendly manner and patience, and the steady progress from lesson to lesson was just right. We quickly went on busier roads each of the first few lessons, and I definitely felt the consistent pace and leveling up was what I needed to build confidence and get the most out of each drive. I also didn't feel pressured and felt I could decide whether I was ready at each stage. Thanks so much Tracy, wish you all the best!

I have been learning driving from Sami Joviano for the past one week. He is an excellent tutor with great patience. He explains traffic rules very clearly and ensures I understand them well. Thanks to his guidance and support, I successfully passed my driving test today! I truly appreciate his professionalism and teaching skills and I highly recommend him to anyone learning to drive.

After trying several driving schools and private istructors, I highly recommend Calm Driving Academy to anyone learning to drive in the Cambridge area. My experience with the founder, Jalal, was absolutely superb from start to finish.

Jalal is an exceptionally professional and patient instructor. He creates a calm and stress-free learning environment, which is exactly what you need when tackling difficult manoeuvres or busy roads. He is also reliably punctual, often arriving well ahead of our scheduled lesson time, ensuring we maximize every minute of practice.

What truly sets Jalal apart is his commitment to adapting his teaching style to the individual student. He integrates technology seamlessly into the learning process to enhance understanding and accelerate progress. For instance, he uses computer simulations on his iPad to clearly illustrate concepts, and, most impressively, he records the car’s actual trajectory during manoeuvres.

Reviewing these precise, recorded movements together immediately after a manoeuvre was an invaluable tool. It allowed us to identify specific opportunities for improvement—not just based on feeling, but on objective data—making the learning curve much faster and clearer.

If you are looking for a driving school that offers professionalism, genuine patience, and truly modern, adaptive teaching methods, look no further than Calm Driving Academy. You’ll be in the best possible hands.
